The car is for my daughter, and as far as I know, there are no issues. Mechanically, the car is driving perfectly. Customer service was superb—offering a test drive and allowing us to inspect the car without any pressure. The representative was very accommodating, providing all necessary documentation and clearly explaining each step of the process. We were left alone until everything was completed, which made for a simple and easy experience. I would definitely return and recommend this dealership. I’ve had two cars before, and this was a great experience.

The sales chap was excellent. From reserving the car to booking the appointment and taking it home, the service was brilliant. As a returning customer, I recommended the dealership to my daughter, who also purchased a car there, and then suggested it to my other daughter. The sales guys was outstanding, and the process was smooth and impressive. He was a fantastic salesman and could have sold me anything. The car is a dream to drive, and I was thrilled once I got behind the wheel.

The car is fantastic, I'm very pleased with it. I specifically searched online for this model, and these guys came up. Luckily the photos accurately matched the car’s condition. Although there were some bodywork issues, the dealership sorted them out straight away while I was there. Customer service was very efficient, completing everything in about two hours. The process was quick and straightforward. I’d definitely recommend this dealership. There’s nothing I would improve. The test drive went smoothly, and I had all my questions answered. I have had many BMW'S before so I knew my way around, so I was an easy customer.

Reece was excellent, he was so pleasant and polite. He explained everything to me about the car and the paperwork. He made sure I was comfortable and the Audi A4 drives like a dream. This was my second car from V12, I actually recommended myself to them they were that good lol. They really look after their customers and the young lad was bang on.

I've been back since for a small issue with a missing wheel part, and they took care of it right away. There was no pressure throughout the process, and for my first time buying online, the car matched the pictures perfectly with no hidden surprises. It was in perfect condition.
