I am over the moon with my Lexus, it was lovely and clean and as described. I can't fault the experience I had with them as buyer, they sorted me out with a good deal. Jas was an excellent salesman, he put no pressure on me what so ever.

I purchased a new car from V12 Sports and Classics and it has been a very good process. Laura showed me the car inside and out and explained all functions of the car. All of my questions and queries were addressed and I felt that I had been really well accommodated.

Despite the computer system being down on the day I purchased my car Patryk and the team rallied round to make sure everything ran smoothly still! The were more than helpful if I am honest! The car is great thanks guys.

I bought from the Stoke branch of V12 and I am absolutely thrilled with them! The customer service was absolutely superb and the team are attentive! Daniel is such a friendly and helpful bloke, he knew lots about the car. The Volvo looks like it received a very thorough check over and clean prior to me buying it. It is a brilliant car and I am made up with it.

My Golf is all good thanks! I would give my experience 4.5 only because the salesman didn't know the car had a fault so we had to come back and exchange the car and the other sales man was not helpful but at then end I spoke to manager and he was great!

Spot on experience overall and I am pleased with the Focus.

If it wasn't for Alex I don't think I would have purchased my Focus then and there. I came down to view it after seeing it online and Alex was so friendly and transparent, I felt in really good hands. He went above and beyond for me and there was no pressure what so ever. I have owned the Focus since late March and its been spot on. I can thank Alex enough for his brilliant service.

In regards to the Tiguan it has been driving well and give me no trouble (touch wood). The only issue per say was that we were told certain things would be included with the car that weren't on the day of collection but we weren't left in the dark about this. V12 refunded us the price of these items so we were able to get them ordered and we were grateful for this resolution!
