I've just collected my car from V12, what an expereince!! I have upgraded from an awful old blue Ford Fiesta to a shiny new white BMW 1 Series, its made a massive different and I actually enjoying driving now. The whole process was smooth and easy and Michael is a great salesman, he went above and beyond to accommodate my needs.

I bought my new Nissan Qashqai a few days ago, I'm only just getting used to the new features as its quite an upgrade from my old car. It drives so smooth!! I love it so much. If I had an option for 10/10 then I would give this dealership full marks because I received good good service, they were so efficient, so effective, so helpful so friendly and so on. My experience here at V12 Sports and Classics was spot on. I didn't test drive the car but boy was it clean when I went to view it! It was immaculate. The Astra is just wonderful as well, driving as it should, in good condition, a great price... I couldn't ask for more really. I've had no issues along the way what so ever, my time spent there was pretty short, the guys were quick and just really good with everything they did, I couldn't fault if I tried. I recommend this dealership if your wanting a speedy sale.

Pretty close to perfect if you ask me. Based on my encounter with V12 I am going to give them 5 stars because is was the easiest purchase I have ever made. I was searching for a car and I came across a really nice Vauxhall Astra on Auto Trader being sold by V12 Sports and Classics, I couldn't help my self but enquire about the car so I called up and secured the car with a deposit there and then. I then booked in to go and view the car on Sunday. Sunday came and I was so excited to go and see the newbie! I arrived at the dealership and the car was out all ready for me, David and I hopped in and took it for a little spin and that is when I knew I had made a good choice! We arrived back to the dealership and I purchased it there and then, no finance malarkey, it was a simple and agreed transaction. There wasn't any pushy sale tactics at any point what so ever. This process was honest and truthful and just the easiest, smoothest and quickest purchase I have ever done!

My Toyota Aygo is brilliant, I am still learning how to use it and there are lots of strange concepts I need to familiarise myself with but overall I am very happy. Once I am used to all this technology it will be the new normal for me. The team were very kind to me and helpful, everyone did very well. For me I most definitely had a five star experience.

The process of buying a car with V12 is very straightforward and as easy as you could hope it would be. When I visited I wanted to spend as much time as possible with the car, test driving and inspecting it etc and not caught up in paperwork. Very pleased to report that this was the case. At present all has been great with the Toyota CHR, it is just as it was described - no hidden surprises!
