We got our nifty work van from here and so far there have been no problems with it what so ever! Its doing the job very well and me and the boys are chuffed with it. I myself went down to V12 to make the purchase and the overall experience was brilliant, would recommend 👍

5 stars for V12, my experience was hands down the best when buying a car! A special thank you to Joe too for sharing his amazingly funny stories about his time spent on the cruse ships singing! He is a top bloke! I was actually recommended by my sister and I've used V12 before I purchased my Mondeo this time round! I went for the Mondeo as I use it to toe my caravan to work, it wasn't much of an upgrade from my last car as they just get ruined as I working on building sites so I cant be going for something too fancy! Joe was really great with me, so helpful and friendly and made sure everything that was promised was done! Trusted dealership I highly recommend!

Absolutely first class with everything!! Paul you are amazing! Thank you and the team for everything you did. Paul went above and beyond for me, every question I asked was answered, I couldn't fault anything. Everything was well and truly spot on, each time I entered the show room I was offered coffee which is one way to get on my good side! My car is good very very good and was looking clean and tidy. I got the Seat Ibiza and is driving nice and smooth. The process is like my car Nice and smooth. It was a quick easy efficient process that I only have V12 to thank. I recommend V12 and I will come back to purchase myself another car when is time for an upgrade.

Down at the dealership the guys were very accommodating, they made me feel welcome and did everything I needed them to do. V12 even let me do an alignment check on the BMW before I purchased it which was highly appreciated. I wanted a few new tyres on the car and they got them ordered in the click of a finger, no messing here at V12! Mohammed was great with me and took great care of me and the car! He took me on the test drive and explained everything during which was very helpful. Thanks Mohammed.

Brilliant customer service!! I couldn't have asked Conor at V12 for more! He was on hand to help throughout and not pushy in the slightest. I adore my Mercedes, I had wanted one for such a long time. When I saw this one for sale at V12 it was perfect, I knew it was the one for me! It has been doing great since I bought it home. I would highly recommend V12.

It is early days for me and my X3 and I am still fully getting used to the change but so far I am loving it. The car is very luxurious, especially the interior! The staff at V12 conduct themselves in a professional and friendly manor. I came away from V12 having had a very positive experience.
