I recently attended V12's showroom to view a car I had found online. The advert read well and the car seemed to tick all the boxes. I was extremely happy that the company answered all my questions and made feel comfortable with the transaction. I would recommend the above company on their customer service alone, I was greatly satisfied with the overall experience.

The guys at V12 were all really nice and helpful, they definitely looked after me whilst I was there and I really appreciated the follow up call too. The Range rover is great, I absolutely love the car and am so pleased that I bought it.

The BMW 3 Series is a great car, a great size and looks fantastic too. The dealership is on the ball and everything is taken care of for you. I arrived to collect the car and it was ready on time, documents ready to be signed and the car looked fantastically clean. I was more than happy when driving it away. I've really been enjoying the car over these past few weeks and if/when Im ready to upgrade I will be back to V12.

This is my 5th time buying from V12 I got a VW UP this time and its a fantastic little car! Its been running nicely and I'm really enjoying it. Friendly, chatty and helpful staff. It was just a really enjoyable experience and I'll definitely be going back for 6th time 👍

I have been loving my new Kuga, it is a very nice car and I have been enjoying driving so much. The customer service from the team was also very good, there was a slight hiccup as the original car I reserved was sold but happy with the Kuga I decided on after, I'm quite glad I went with this one as I am very happy with it.

I went down to V12 to collect the car and the gentleman I dealt with was very nice, the car was presented nicely, all cleaned to a high standard on the inside and outside and the transaction went through really easily. The car itself is great, just what I wanted!

The car was in such good condition and was really well looked after. It drives perfectly and has been very reliable so I've had no issues at all. The staff at the garage were helpful and friendly as well. They were really knowledgeable and were able to talk me through the whole process. I would be more than happy to return to V12 again for my next car!

Firstly, I would like to thank Michael and Adam at V12 both were incredibly helpful during the purchases and extremely accommodating to my indecisive manner. I had purchased a 6 berth caravan so we needed something bigger to tow it, I found a great looking XC60 which served the purpose perfectly. We went to view the car and it was perfect, we was able to take the car away that day given they had chance to valet before-hand, whilst they worked on that and my wife and I went for a nosey around the showroom. My wife took a great shine to a Discovery Sport... before we know it her Nissan X-trail was been valued and a deal been created to trade in. I drove my new Volvo home that day and went back the following day to collect my wife's car. The Volvo was spot on, a really smooth drive and lovely and spacious, I was chuffed! However, when I got in the Discovery I instantly got the WOW factor, I was like so blown away with it and how it felt, looked, handled, the lot it was unbelievable. I went back down the next day and spoke to the manager, I told him the situation and that I loved the Discovery and wanted to change for one myself, he said 'go take a look around see what you fancy and we will see what we can do'. I found another Sport and WOW it was EXACTLY what I wanted... Michael was so helpful, he got everything sorted so I could swap the car, I paid more but because the Discovery was more expensive, I didnt lose any money on deposits, fee's, taxing, etc they sorted everything out so I could pay the difference and drive away. The car is absolutely fantastic, its the best car I've ever owned and I'm not sure I'll ever want to change it. We have been away with the caravan and its so smooth and such a pleasure to drive. The longer journeys are enjoyable and I still get that WOW factor every time I get in the car. I will always recommend the service I received and the high quality stock provided by V12, a truly amazing dealership who go out of their way for customers, thank you!
