Absolutely fantastic service, Vish was brilliant, he helped us to buy a car rather than try to sell one to us. Went above and beyond to be helpful. Very professional and knowledgeable, have already recommended V12 Sports and Classics to others.

Reject the vehicle immediately under Consumer Rights act 2015 for being sold an unroadworthy unsatisfactory car. Give them 28 days to respond. Just so you know , they won't and give you a load of bs and that they won't accept it or recuse. Doesn't matter what they say, you're in control and have law on your side. If it's on finance, reject with finance company too and send letters for signed for delivery. Tell finance company that you want the deal unwound immediately prior to your first payment coming out. Next report to Trading Standards Leicestershire. After 28 days send them a statutory demand for the full amount plus any interest due under section 234 of the insolvency act. Unless the money is repaid within 21 days you can petition for the winding up of the company. They're cowboys and shouldn't be trading. Do no release.the.vehicle until finance is unwound or the money is in your account or you will have no car and no money. You can also do a chargeback on your credit card and debit card too.
V12 Sports & Classics Aftersales are shocking, AVOID THIS COMPANY, IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE CAR YOU BUY, YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN I purchased a Volvo V60 hybrid from the Witham branch on the 08/03/20. On the day, Andy (site manager) couldn’t of been more helpful. I got the car and drove home, on the way home I needed to turn headlights on, failed headlights (the vehicle had a AA inspection but yet failed to find the headlight fault) so had to drive him on one headlight. I got this repaired myself, was a loose fitting. The car came with no charge cable, this was supposedly ordered Monday 09/03. Also I was waiting for some funds to go into my account from V12, took a week to get it. On the 13/02 I was allowed to purchase a charge cable myself and invoice V12, I am still waiting for the funds to be reimbursed to my account 20/03. On the 10/03 I highlighted up about I am not able to check the battery to see if it lasts as it should as I am unable to charge the car. Then on the 11/03 I emailed again about a smell that kept on coming in the car, like I burning smell, possibly electric. I email and make several calls from the 11/03 to 16/03. Then I get a call from Oliver from Aftersales on the 19/03, who says he has actioned the payment for the cable (the cable was purchased on the 13/03) He also said they need to book it in with the warranty company so they can look at the fault. The warranty company called me and said they are looking at Northampton in about a weeks time. I disagreed that I should wait this long because it’s a smell that could be dangerous, I put my little girl in the car and it’s not responsible of V12 to expect me to do that for that length of time. I had a conversation with Oliver on the 19/03 and we agreed that I could get the AA out to look at the car, then I would have grounds to reject the vehicle. Oliver assured me he would call me in the morning 20/03, he didn’t. I called them, couldn’t get through, left a message and the call not returned. The AA came out, looked at the car, found the DPF to be blocked plus found an anti roll bar loose. I forwarded the report to Oliver on the 19/03. The next thing I get is a call from the warranty company wanting to book the car in to look at the faults. This was not the agreement. I have requested several times to return the car, the first time being 3 days after purchase. My advice on V12, proceed with extreme caution, if you buy a car that is fine, well done. If you need any Aftersales help once the purchase has gone through, good luck, they avoid calls, don’t respond to emails. They are far from efficient in processing funds to your bank account. I will update this review as it unfolds. I have now booked the car in with a garage through the warranty company. They have advised me that they could have it for up to 5 days, because the Warranty companies take around 2 days to agree the work. 5 days with no vehicle, let’s see if V12 deal with it or turn their back. I have requested a hire car from V12, will update with their answer. Update 25/03, the car has gone to the garage this morning at 08:30. They have had the car all day but can’t find the fault. They are keeping the car over night and trying again in the morning to get the fault to show it’s self. I spoke to Oliver on the 20/03 and he advised that he will be in contact with the garage when they have the car and if they are going to keep it over night they would pay £25.00 a day towards a hire car. I have emailed him twice today advising that they are going to keep the car, no response at all. Now I have no car to get to work tomorrow morning, am clearly V12 are not bothered. It’s coming across like they are all mouth and don’t actually do anything to help you once you have bought the vehicle. Will update tomorrow once I know more. Update 16/04/20 I have spoken with V12, not the Aftersales department, but sales. They looked at my case and he spoke with his manager. He called me back within about an hour, said they are happy to exchange the car once the lockdown is lifted, I chose a car from their site, he has reserved it. The car is a little more than I payed, he said it’s our fault, I don’t think we will ask for the difference. I will update as soon as the lockdown is lifted. Maybe V12 are helpful and fair after all. Update 21/05/2020 The car still has a fumes smell. I have spoken with after sales and this is where we are.... They will not accept the vehicle back to exchange for a vehicle with no issues or will they issue a refund. These are the grounds V12 are using so they don’t have too. I’ve used the vehicle once I knew about the problem. What I should of done is report it to them and then not use it at all. I’m a key worker, during the 8 weeks V12 was closed I was working every day. However, V12 told me to take it to a garage if their choice. So I had to drive it. The garage couldn’t fix it. Then V12 Aftersales closed so there was no way of me returning the car to them, 8 weeks later Aftersales open and because I used the car for work some days, they say it’s fit for purpose and will not accept it back. I guess they wanted me not to go to work. Tell you the truth, V12 do not care about you at all once they have your money.

The car dealerships are all polite and friendly. However it is a bit frustrating with the constant pushing of other items they want you to buy. I eventually caved and paid to have my car treated with some form of wax, which... well I've noticed no difference. However the main issue I have is the fact that when I got the car home the touch screen started to deteriorate and over the course of around 2 weeks it eventually gave up the ghost! I could see everything on it, I just couldn't use any of the touch screen functionality. I phoned V12 and made them aware of the situation on the second day of owning the car, only to be told that I "Didn't buy a stereo with a car attached" and therefore they wouldn't accept me rejecting the car. Then over the next 2 WEEKS! I was continuously told that someone would call me back (They never once called me back when they said they would, in fact they never called me back) I then got my finance company involved and they started to change their tune then! They reluctantly agreed to get the car repaired and send me to their warranty company to deal with this! After a lot of backwards and forwards with them I eventually got them to agree for a mail dealer to troubleshoot the issue, which they did and it was £1100 to replace the unit. They then told me that they found a cheaper part in Germany but that it would cost £400 to post to the UK (I kid you not this is some of the crap, they told me!) So they were trying to confirm if the postage was that much... a week later, still waiting for confirmation from the seller....2 weeks later still waiting for confirmation from the seller!! So I eventually caved and offered to contribute £200 towards the cost of repait, if anything just to get rid of them! What do you know they bit my hand off and said go for it! So I booked the car in and had the work done only to be told that I have to pay up front for the repair and they will reimburse me! So at this point I'm £1100 + £200 out of pocket as they of course took my £200 contribution straight away! Eventually Motorway Direct reluctantly reimbursed me the £1100 after waiting 23 days for it! PLEASE be cautious! There after sales team are next level CRAP, but get your finance company involved early on and they'll start complying!

I bought a red Seat Leon 2015 last year Feb last year 2019. Approx 95k on the clock. Had minor issues which were concerning at the beginning. Marks are high due to support Sunny Basra gave and overall car performance. He is a top bloke there. It was my first purchase from a garage, so I was pretty nervous. Due to mileage I allowed for maintenance. I serviced the car in April and noticed someone had done it before. I just changed the cambelt with original parts and it seems the work was done recently. It's a same they didn't have a record of it, but I did allow for these works. Finally I would recommend the year guarantee for peace of mind. The car is great! Reliable and economical. All of what I wanted.
