... then you'll not be disappointed! Having never dealt with V12, a car did attract my attention and I recently visited/purchased. Although so far, the car is good, I was not prepared for the way in which they operated.... or didnt, well, not to dealers I've dealt with previously. Let me point out the good thing. The whole process from when I arrived to when I drove off was great, I can't fault that at all. Very courteous, polite etc. However, this is what I did learn. Buying from V12 (Hinckley) you are buying as seen. Do not expect to have any work done from the point you've highlighted any issues to when you pick it up, as they operate come/pay/take the same day, so they don't have any ability to correct any faults/niggles beforehand. That's why I say it's buy as seen/tested. I believe they then rely on the warranty to cover any post collection issues. So, when you go there, give the vehicle a damn good inspection. Ask to see all the vehicle documentation, service history, AA inspection report etc. Their vehicles are high mileage mainly, so ensure you are prepared for follow-up work, such as cam belts etc, do your homework. If you factor all this in, then you could grab yourself a good deal. Their P\X was better than I expected too, but they are very keen on you taking the 12 month extra warranty and will come to some discount if you hum n ur a little. They don't hold all vehicles on-site either, but if you tell them which you've come to see or give them some pre-warning, they'll ensure it's there. As I say, V12 staff/process, not issues..... quality of the vehicles, pretty good from what I see, but remember, you drive it away in the condition you test drove it. Hope this helps.

I thought that the dealers at V12 were excellent. Really approachable and welcoming and they have a very extensive knowledge about what they are selling. I purchased a BMW back in September and I am really happy with it. It was in very good condition and up to now I have had no problems with it. Excellent service and cars.

I purchased a Ford S-max from here back in September. The dealers were really nice and happy top help and I have had no issues with the car that havent been resolved under warranty quickly and easily. It was a really good price and was nicely cleaned and in good shape. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my family and friends.

I am really pleased with my BMW 2 series from V12! I have had no issues with it at all and I have had it since August. The car is perfect and I have loved every minute of driving it and the dealers were really helpful and friendly when I bought it. I would recommend this dealership.

This is the second car I have had from V12. The first one has to back after only 10 days as there were too many issues with it to be fixed. I have recently bought another car from them which has also had problems. The warranty doesn't cover the issues so I have had to pay out to get them sorted. base don that I wouldn't recommend them.

Same here I bought car from v12. They give me wrong car health check. When I had done car health check. They found too my problems in car in 10 days. Then I go to them to solve my problem. They said it's not cover in warranty. Not happy with dealer.

I have had a very pleasant experience dealing with V12. I purchased a Vauxhall Insignia back in August and I have had no trouble with it. When I first went to view it there was a nail in one of the tyres but they resolved that for me before I came to collect the car. Overall, I am very happy with my experience and I would very highly recommend this dealership.
