Very rude old manager with horrible suit. Call centre staff never helped at all. Sales man didn call me about my being able to collect the car that was paid out for for 2 days. Poor.

Appalling aftercare, 4 attempts and 43 days to fix the problem and the car still isn't right. AA point inspection isn't worth the paper its written on as its clearly not being done and a years AA cover is only a single call out per year, again of no use to anyone and misleading. Make sure you get your own independent check carried out. 27/11/2019 Just to keep everyone updated on the aftercare service, I have responded to V12 as requested as as I thought no response back! This is what you will be dealing with folks when you buy a faulty car from V12 03/12/2019 No response at all from V12 and the fault that took 4 attempts to fix is still not right. Car is going back in for the 5th time tomorrow and I'm dealing with the warranty company directly as there is no point wasting time ringing V12 aftercare. There are some good reviews for them here but that's from customers who don't have problems with their vehicles, strange how it all goes quit when you do...... 12/12/2019 As you can see by V12's response (2 weeks ago) they are still looking into it! Haven't even bothered to contact me. This is the true service you can expect if you experience a problem with your vehicle. I still haven't had the car back and its going to be at least another week once the claim has been authorized. That will make a total of over 8 weeks the car has been in the garage and I've been without it. Make your own choice if you think that's acceptable. Personally I would never buy another car from these people let alone recommend them to anyone. You should also change the name of your 'aftercare' department to 'couldn't care' !

I bought Nissan Qasqai for £10200 in October and they supplied me with faulty spare key. I went through warranty company as they gave 3 months warranty. As per warranty company direction i paid myself for fixing the key and supplied the invoice for claiming process. Its been more than 1 month but v12 never responded it. I even contacted the v12 Wolverhampton but they always said they will call back but they never did. So pathetic service from v12 garage Wolverhampton. I am absolutely disappointed with the service. This how they dealt when they have to give back. I ll never recommend the v12 to anyone. Very very very poor service. I would give 0 star.

A fantastic company who provided an excellent service. Innocent (salesman) was exceptional, not pushy at all and very friendly. I cannot recommend them enough. Buying a used car always seems like a lottery but I feel great confidence in the car that I’ve brought. I definitely recommend V12 Sports & Classics.

***BUYERS BEWARE*** ***PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT BEFORE PURCHASING A VEHICLE AS THEY ARE 100% ACCURATE*** Purchased a vehicle on 02/08/19 at a cost of £7,500 and within the first few days the following faults occurred: 1. Leak on air conditioning 2. Leak on radiator 3. Front break discs warped 4. AA breakdown attended the vehicle as it wouldn’t start. Sent a email to the so called after sales requesting a refund within 10days of purchase however I received no response whatsoever. I then contacted the warranty company and reported the faults, however they were not happy to pay as the faults were present at purchase so forwarded the repair report to V12 themselves to pay. Since then I’ve had to make numerous phone calls for updates on the situation, been told the break discs will not be covered as this is classed as wear and tear although I don’t think 3 days is an adequate amount of time for wear and tear on anything. After spending a week discussing the repair quote with V12, I asked what the issue was and why they could not just repair the vehicle as they are legally obliged to fully repair it or issue a refund they told me “the price is the problem”, so they are not happy to pay out for the repairs as they believe it’s too expensive (probably why they weren’t repaired in the first place before sale) but they don’t believe that paying £7,500 for faulty goods isn’t expensive?? Some how they believe or are under false pretences that they are above the law as ive been told I’m not entitled to a refund, however I’ve been informed by my solicitor and the consumer helpline that under the CONSUMER RIGHTS ACT 2015 I have the right to reject the vehicle within the first 30days of purchase as it’s NOT OF SATISFACTORY QUALITY. I rejected the vehicle 10 days after purchase by sending an email to after sales requesting to return the vehicle for a full refund, however they chose to ignore my request but ignorance doesn’t put weigh the consumer law. Funnily enough V12’s website also states that you have the right to cancel the sale in within 14 days in writing in order to receive a refund and again I did this after just 10 days. To further display their underhanded delay tactics and sheer dishonesty, I called again for an update on Monday 21st October 2019 after spending the previous week discussing the repair quote as stated above only to be told that they were waiting on the report/repair quote 😂. I explained that I had spent all the previous week discussing this report but suddenly it no longer exists, I have confirmation from the AA warranty that the report was sent on Friday 11th October 2019 and again on the morning of Monday 14th October 2019 plus I have recorded phone calls discussing the report so god knows how they think they can explain that 😂. I’ve requested, yet again that the AA warranty send the report for a THIRD TIME and make a note that this is in fact the third time it has had to be sent, I then called V12 again yesterday to confirm they have received the report to which they informed they had and told me someone would be in touch later that day or the following day....surprise surprise no phone call, in fact across this whole situation V12 have not once contacted myself, you will just be ignored until you call them again and will then get to speak to members of staff that actually haven’t got a clue and are not competent or knowledgeable enough to assist you with your issue. I will continue along the legal route whilst they try to concoct ways to avoid a refund or full repair of the vehicle and will post an updates on this review to let you all know how things pan out. PLEASE SPEND A LITTLE MORE MONEY ELSEWHERE AND SAVE YOURSELVES FROM THE SHEER INCOMPETENCE AND UNDERHANDED GAMEPLAY OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

Bought a car from V12 dealership in Hinckley. Returned after 7 days, car has a massive clutch/ gear box failure which has since been proven by a reputable garage. Dealership told me that the car is "in pieces" and that they will not accept my letter of rejection and process my refund until I pay for the car to be put back together again. I will not be paying for any repairs, this is blackmail and under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 I am not liable to pay anything and as I returned the car within 30 days of purchase I am entitled to a full refund. This dealership is in breach of consumer rights laws. They refused to provide their complaints policy/ escalation process or put their decisions in writing. Reported to Trading Standards via CAB Consumer Helpline, Trust pilot and Auto Trader. This car should never have been sold, it is dangerous and of an unsatisfactory quality. Do not buy from this dealership, the AA warranty is useless and the 128 point guarantee is a joke. If I could give this dealership a 0 star rating I would.

I recently purchased a Volvo XC60 from v12 cars 6 weeks ago!after driving the home I realised the vehicle had a noise from the front n/s suspention! I contacted v12 and was put through to the AA after continued contact with AA and the v12 team to get the issue sorted 5 weeks on after visiting the second garage for me veichle to Ben inspected v12 after sales team phoned me to say they’ve would not be paying for the repairs to the veichel as the parts are down to wear and tear even after contact with v12 with the issue within the first week of purchasing this car £12000 for a faulty vehicle! Left with a bill that I have to pay of £287 not happy with the service and the way they spoken to me on the phone! I wouldn’t recommend anybody to buy a veichel of this company! The warranty isn’t worth the paper it’s written on

Reject the vehicle and contact Trading Standards Leicestershire immediately. They will be very happy to hear from you. I had a mechanical failure sitting on my drive for 8 weeks. They will not pay to fix even though the onus is on them (as they very well know) not the rubbish warranty they flog. They'll fob you off until you give up and go away. Don't waste your time as it will just pee you off. Buy this book that was recommended to me after I got all my money back because HOW I got it back is in there. Amazon - Scott dixon - parking fines and consumer rights. It will be worth the £7.99 and you don't need to pay for a solicitor. If they say they won't accept the rejected vehicle then know that they have NO right to say that, it's against the law. If you paid on finance, call them direct and unwind the deal. Section 75 if paid on credit card for full refund or debit and cash then buy the book and find out what to do. Don't release the vehicle or v5 to them if they arrange to collect or they'll have you car and money. They told me they would collect, check it over and give me a refund after 14 days. What a joke! They very much underestimated me. My car came from BCA ex lease - they're poorly valeted, have a useless 128 point check and then flogged on for a premium. I'm probably very much in the minority of getting my money back. Take control of the situation and make them your debtor. Need help then contact me on here.
