Bought a expensive BMW 5 Series, Told the Vehicle had a AA Inspection. Vehicle has a Gearbox fault and handbrake doesnt hold. V12 refused to pay for the repair as it needs a Gearbox Service and Brake Service.. There reply is "We are of the opinion servicing is the responsibility of the new owner and it is not something we are prepared to support." so now im left with a BMW that was sold to me as having FSH but wont enter 1st gear and wont change gear correctly, a handbrake that doesnt hold! V12 call themselves respectable dealers... wont be using again!

First of all could I say how sorry I feel for all those people who have had such a terrible experience at the hands of V12 the reviews are quite sobering and shocking. Our story began on the Internet looking for a nice used car we noticed a car advertised by V12 and it looked immaculate, as we had looked at a few of this make of car already but its amazing how the camera really does lie. on talking to V12 via the Telephone we were given the Spiel on how they sell cars all day long and were not open to offers because they said "our cars are second to none" We were impressed at their claims and the car really did look that good going by the pictures but unfortunately on a arrival, we saw the car that we had put a deposit down on and we were very disappointed to say the least, the front bumper was damaged, they said it must of happened while on their premises and also pointed out that there must of been repairs to the bumper as I found masking tape on the bumper and as with most disgruntled customers my gut feeling kicked in in smelling a rat and that we counted ourselves fortunate that we followed our suspicions and walked away and with our money and deposit refunded. on returning back home we checked out the reviews on the V12 and are shocked at how many customers have been conned it just went on and on its very scary at how much money people have lost to this company let alone the upset. We consider ourselves very lucky not to have fallen to this company and from now will always check out a companies ratings and reviews before even going to look at a car let alone putting down a deposit or buying. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE as the majority of the reviewer's are warning you, on this company, V12. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY OR YOU WILL REPENT AT LEISURE, YOUVE BEEN WARNED.

I'll keep it short... Livid!! Ripped off!! Full of porkies!! Deceiving, unprofessional, polite when taking money but couldn't give monkeys when your not happy with some thing. Not helped me at all don't care!! Car is a state, large chips which where not seen on pics or description, they drove my car 220 miles to deliver it when they promised me a transporter delivery (and charged me for this service).. Just stay away!!!

I SHOULD NOT BUY A CAR!!! It was ok until I met the dealer when I picked the car up. They spoke very well by the phone but when I met them they were changed and their behavior was so bad!!! I bought a honda civic 12 registration about 21/09/2015 because they did a very well advertise as the car was in good condition ( I was thinking about no scratches, dents and chips, good tyres condition, good condition indide, engine and mechanical parts good condition) but when I met it Ive seen a big chip on the front bumper, paws folowed by scratches on the hood and roof and few rusted chips. The spare tyre was missing and the rear tyres was 2mm already being a diferent brand as the front tyres. Inside there was not mats and it was very dirty, full of dust, dirty on the floor and everywhere actually. So when I did notice about those problems the dealer told me: if You dont like then leave it here!! after I did paid as well. I couldnt leave the car cos It was already paid one week before to take. It took me a lot of time and money to clean and to fix few problems, as I bought new brand tyres, new brand mats, proper clean inside and outside, but the chips and scratches are still on. The car also was unwashed, very dirty and I think they tried to hide those peoblems. When I asked them why the car is not in good condition according by the advertise they told me that at that price I shouldnt expect to buy a car as a new brand showing me other cars with bad scratches than my car. After a month I had a problem as the multifunction indicator lamp became on, so I called AA waranty, they sent me to a service place and I paid for the inspection. So after few days the same indicator lamp became on again and I went stright to the HONDA DEALER who fixed my problem on my own money. So I think AA waranty is a fake being used by them as advertise. So I will never recommend this company to nobody...
