Adam was excellent. He was really helpful and guided me through everything. When I first looked at the Focus, I noticed a scuff on the bumper and spoke to Adam about it and he just got it sorted, no issues. Im really enjoying the car now. Its running like a dream. I cannot pick fault with anything.

Im over the moon with my BMW. I cannot wait until the lockdown restrictions are fully lifted so we have more freedom to get out and about in it. We haven't bought a car for over 14 years so we was very nervous, we didn't want to be bombarded with extras sells, and pressure to buy and it certainly wasn't the case. The customer service was outstanding, very nice people, they made the experience enjoyable, and not stressful or daunting what so ever. We didnt really know which type of car we wanted and the choices they had was fantastic, a huge range of stock, the salesman helped us decide what was best and we it's lovely to drive and we are over the moon with the whole experience, V12 have broke that generic reputation of car salesman - the breathing down your neck hard selling, it was the complete opposite- really impressed.

It was a pleasure dealing with this company, the customer service and attitude is really good, very friendly and accommodating, I would have no reservations is recommending to friends and family. I am so happy with my Astra, I was really scared to drive it on the Motorway at first but now I'm used to it I absolutely love it, I love driving it, its comfortable and really nice inside - its perfect!! Vish was wonderful really helpful and polite and he got things sorted very quickly. I would 100% go back to V12 again really happy with the car and their service.

I recently used V12 to upgrade my car, Mark was superb and very thorough, I was fully aware and updated from start to finish. Im still getting used to the new car but I'm very happy with it. It was presented very well, clean and as expected.

Fantastic customer service through-out the whole process, the guys there were lovely and very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. I bought a Nissan Juke and Im over the moon with it, its such a lovely car and was spotless when collected. V12 comes with my recommendation.

The thing I liked about V12 Sports and Classics was how prepared they was to listen, to negotiate, talk, come to a arrangement that suited all. There was never a hard sell or strain on me to buy the car and the salesman took his time to talk through options, knowing I may walk away at any point, the level of service and courtesy remained. After exploring options I decided to purchase a BMW 118 - I am very pleased to say it is perfect, just as advertised its lovely. I am very happy with everything and how the whole procedure was handled and I would most definitely recommend to others and visit them again for an upgrade.
