The thing I liked about V12 Sports and Classics was how prepared they was to listen, to negotiate, talk, come to a arrangement that suited all. There was never a hard sell or strain on me to buy the car and the salesman took his time to talk through options, knowing I may walk away at any point, the level of service and courtesy remained. After exploring options I decided to purchase a BMW 118 - I am very pleased to say it is perfect, just as advertised its lovely. I am very happy with everything and how the whole procedure was handled and I would most definitely recommend to others and visit them again for an upgrade.

I couldn't fault V12 what so ever, everything was absolutely brilliant during my purchase. I was that impressed I have already recommend to a couple of friends. I had a SEAT Altea before-hand so the Mini Countryman feels like a real upgrade for me. The car looked immaculate when I collected it, it was just how they told me it would be, Im so happy with it.

Found a car online but was to far away for me, this was no problem for the dealer who had it brought up to a closer branch for me to go and view, unfortunately on 1st look I noticed a fault on the car but pleased to say by the time I had completed the paperwork this was rectified and was as good as described, a few days later another fault appeared but 1 phone call later and the car was booked in and repaired 2 days later, I can't fault the service I received on the day and since taking ownership.

I was in contact with V12 regarding a stunning BMW, they were very helpful and informative, polite and professional. I was pretty much ready to go with the car and unfortunately I couldn't go ahead with the purchase due to a change in my personal circumstances, I was gutted. I wanted to leave a review as the dealer treated me with the upmost respect when I broke the news I wasn't buying and they told me, when I'm ready again I'd be more than welcome back, they didnt make it difficult, they were great... When I'm back in the market, I will definitely purchase from here.

Shocked at the speed the sale was completed, I went to view the car and it was ready, clean, tidy ready to go, I couldn't not buy it, it was exactly what I wanted. I knew it was a bargain at the price it was listed, I hadn't found anything near this spec, condition and mileage for the same price, so I wasn't missing the opportunity. It was very simple, the staff were polite and helpful, a very streamline process, no trouble or issues at all. Very pleased and Ill certainly bare V12 in mind when I need to upgrade again.

I had seen a Merc online with V12 and it suited what I needed. I was travelling to leads that day to collect a Ferrari from elsewhere, I decided to call in V12 on the way home on the off chance somebody could show me the car. I went to view it, it was exactly what they said it was in the advert, I paid for it and drove it home. 1 thing I liked was how the cars are prepped and sale ready when in the showroom. No waiting, a very easy and quick purchase. The Merc was bought as a business car so the mileage is piling on it and its been perfect since buying.

Fantastic service from start to finish, I'm really happy with the car, it drives well, looks perfect and is really lovely inside. A very smooth process and a enjoyable drive home in the new car. Easy handover and collection, no doubts in buying from here again in the future.

It was a breath of fresh air dealing with V12, they have broke down that stigma of a generic salesman breathing down your neck, hard selling, pressure.... I did not feel that at all, the guys were chilled, helpful and informative. There was no pressure on me and my questions were answered well. Stuart was excellent, he really looked after me. Over-all I am so happy and pleased with the car its a great car, I love it! V12 will come with my recommendations moving forward.

I travelled from Glasgow to buy the Audi from V12, and although it was a risk the online presence looked amazing; the stock profile, website, showroom it all looked very prestige and gave me confidence to buy the car online. Its a true reflection of the business, a high end, first class dealership, and they provided fantastic customer service, especially Alan and Mike. I had an issue with the Sat Nav, I was advised to take it to Audi to be repaired, V12 then picked the invoice up, they resolved it swiftly, promptly and professionally - I couldnt ask for much more. The Audi is so enjoyable, Im really really pleased with it, its running perfectly i cant fault it. Next time I'm looking for a new car, V12 will be the first place I look.
