Enjoying the BMW, which isn’t a surprise as they’re my type of car. Will be coming back for my next BMW, I had a really good experience, and the customer service was amazing. Had a test drive and it was just a quick and easy process. Dealership is a friend of a friend so was recommended to us.

V12 have been great TBH. First time coming down, and they were as good as they can be!! They offered me a test drive, showed me all the cars functions and the whole process was just great. Paperwork was quick, only problem was having to spend money haha that was painful!! Great dealership, great car, great service!!

Really happy with the easy handoff process at the dealership - I was literally in and out. It was my first time visiting after hearing about them, and after the test drive, the whole process was just really quick and efficient. Gernell answered all our questions and told us all about the car functions and buttons. The car has been great so far, so for my next car I would probably return ☺️

If you’re looking for a great dealership, V12 is the one. Really satisfied with my new Hyundai, they assisted me really well on the day I got the car, and the customer service was great. The car was tidy, which was the icing on the cake, and the team are just really friendly making it a relaxing sales process.

Massive thanks to V12 for the brilliant service. I visited them for the first time, after finding them through reading good reviews, and the experience was lovely. Had a test drive and on the day of collection the whole process was just really simple, which we loved. The car even come with a full tank for our drive home.
