I first spotted my new car while searching through AutoTrader online. I was immediately drawn in by how immaculate the car looked, so I gave them a call to make an appointment to go and look at the car in person. When I went to V12 Sports and Classics to look at the car, I wanted to take my time looking at the car, and this is where they stood out from your average dealership. Max did not put any pressure on me and he gave me all the time I needed to make an informative decision. The car looked even better in person than in the advertisement and it smelt like a brand new car inside. I agreed to buy the car, and I am so glad that I did before someone else got their hands on this amazing Ford Edge. I'm thrilled to bits with the car, and I love the time I get to spend driving it.

I came to V12 Sports and Classics to view a car I was interested in. The salesman, Alex, was very pleasant and approachable, and at no time did I feel pressured into a sale. After a test drive, I was sold on the Mercedes, and Alex did everything he could to help the process go smoothly. I am very pleased with the whole experience, and I would definitely use this dealer again.

A few years ago, I purchased a Ford Kuga from V12, which served me well. Recently, I found myself in a position to upgrade my vehicle, and based on the positive experience I had at this company last time, I decided to return to V12. The process of part-exchanging my Ford Kuga for a VW Tiguan was seamless. The team at V12 Sports, especially Steve, were incredibly helpful. Steve's assistance was invaluable, from helping me choose the right car to explaining the features in detail. He even took the time to explain how the parking sensors worked, ensuring that I was comfortable with the car before driving off. I look forward to continuing my relationship with V12, and I am excited for the many drives I get to have in my new VW Tiguan.

I visited V12 Sports and Classics on the 11th February to have a look at a Mazda and I spoke to a helpful young gentlemen by the name of Connor. Connor was extremely knowledgeable and he gave me plenty of time to look round the car without hounding me. Connor was always there if I needed to ask him anything about the car and he gave me some good advice. I'm very pleased with my Mazda it's been a belting car so far.

Dilojan provided a fantastic service. I was really happy with the customer care. I bought a 320d touring, and I was happy with the purchase process. I love how they don’t get in your face to push a sale. Big plus. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back for a future purchase here. When I drove off, the car was shaking on the motorway, so I took it straight back to V12. They took it in and sorted it out immediately! I drove back to London with no issues, and the car has been perfect since.
