Buying a car can sometimes be a really stressful experience - thankfully, V12 makes purchasing a car a dream experience. Having now bought a car through Dilojan at V12 there is nowhere else I would go to buy a car from now. They take away all the hassle, provide expertise, knowledge, comfort and provide a first class service for each and every customer.

I recently bought a Citroen from Elisha Wade at V12 Sports & Classics Witham and I loved the car from the moment I first set sight on it. The entire transaction was simple and easy with no pressure at any time to close the deal. She explained things clearly and thoroughly to me, the car was ready for me for me to collect within a couple of days and I was extremely impressed with how quickly they managed to turn things around for me. I would 110 percent recommend these to all my family, friends and work colleagues and I would use these again in the future when i'm ready to upgrade my vehicle.

The Stoke Branch of V12 Sports and Classics were spot on, I showed interest in a car which happened to be at their Hinckley branch and without even asking them to do so, they arranged for it to be sent to the Stoke branch. The following day I got to go and take a look at it without any pressure to buy it off them. When I went to go and see it I was met by their sales person named Chris Stanway who was totally upfront with me and did not try to hide anything. I was happy with the car after taking it for a test drive so went ahead and bought it from them and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made because the car has been wonderful since making this purchase.

So far, so good and there is no issues to report with the Peugeot that I bought from V12 Sports and Classics at the Wolverhampton store. Kuljit who was the sales representative that looked after me through the sale of my car was a friendly guy and someone you could have a good chat with.

An absolutely second to none service, Chris from the Stoke branch was amazing from beginning to end. Nothing was too much, he spent a lot of time with me making sure I got the car I wanted. All the staff are friendly and make you feel welcome. Keep doing what you are doing guys! The handover went well also and they went through everything and went above and beyond with this to make sure the car was presented to me well and that is had been valeted to a high standard

I picked up my Ford Mondeo, what a great service and treatment I received from V12 Sports and Classics in Hinckley. Laura helped to make the process so easy for me and gave me some great advice, not only that she went above and beyond to help find me the car I wanted. I would have no hesitation in recommending this car dealership who have made me feel like a valued customer. Thanks again Laura for going above and beyond. I only scored these 4/5 because no one is perfect, but Laura certainly did come close.

I'm really happy with my BMW it is a smashing car and fun to drive. Jasvinder Kumar who looked after me at V12 Wolverhampton branch was a sound lad and very pleasant, he delivered great customer service and he was someone you could have a laugh with but he also dealt with everything professionally and efficiently.

The Kia we bought from V12 Sports is going great, we did a trip to Italy recently in it and it got us there and back without any issue whatsoever. Alex the salesman who helped us during the sale was the most helpful guy I have ever met, he really did go above any expectations which I had of him. A 5 star service from start to finish, thank you Alex for all your hard work. 😉

The customer care from Asam at their Nelson branch was very good, he was polite and he did all he could do to make the transaction stress free for me. He did not push for the sale and let me decide in my own time what I wanted to do, it was a good experience dealing with Asam and he is a credit to the company. Thank you for everything.
