I had a brilliant experience at V12 Sports at Nelson when I traded in my Corsa for a Ford Focus. Barbara was on the ball throughout the transaction, she gave me a good deal and she made everything easy and fast. The Corsa is a nice upgrade from my Ford Focus, it is economical and lovely to drive. It has all the features I wanted and it looks nice. I am fully satisfied with my Ford Focus and the customer service I received from Barbara and V12 Sports at Nelson.

Great friendly helpful people at V12 Sports at Nelson. After purchasing my Kia Rio from here not long ago I drove away feeling very happy indeed. I couldn't have asked for a better service from Asam and I really appreciated his customer service and his attention to detail was spot on, i'm very pleased with my new car. Visharn was an excellent dealer to deal with. He was courteous, welcoming and really professional and he gave me all the information I wanted about the car and let me take my time looking around it without breathing over me and he handled the paperwork quickly and smoothly. They also followed up with me after the sale to make sure I was fully satisfied with my Ford Kuga and the service which I am indeed, they were very attentive and responsive to my questions and concerns. All is going brilliantly with the BWM and Visharn that looked after me was so knowledgeable and courteous, there was no issues whatsoever. When I went to collect the car he was unable to be there so he made sure that one of his representatives was fully aware of what was going on to make sure everything ran smoothly for me. Visharn is a credit to the company and he did an amazing job, I am really thankful Visharn for everything. A sold five star service.

I recently bought a Ford Fiesta from Sarda at V12 Sports and Classics in Wolverhampton and I have to say I am very happy with the car, it is a reliable car and it is great fun to drive. Sarda was a decent salesman to deal with, he was really friendly, professional and honest. I went to look at the car and I drove away in it two hours later. Sandra did not pressure me or try to upsell me anything that I was not interested in, I was very satisfied with his service and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good deal on a car.

A pleasure before, during and after the sale. Dipesh has been super accommodating and the service has remained incredibly professional throughout, it was a relaxing environment at V12 in Hinckley and they made everything stress free during the sale. The whole process was fast and efficient. Came and saw the car, liked it and agreed the price, they processed the finance and polished up the car. Drove off within 3 hours. Great experience!
