I bought a 2006 Range Rover from Ben on an auction site. The description of the car was exactly right and it was beautifully presented. I got delayed on a Friday night on the M6 and turned up after 6 pm and Ben was very accommodating about that. A very straight forward process.

Dealt with Ben on a L322 Range Rover and having been in the trade myself for 16 years I found him one of the dying breed of genuine sellers.
Knows his product well, did all that I asked from him in terms of prep and the car was beautiful on collection. I didn’t live close by and he was happy to send me videos and images of the cars true condition.
On meeting we had a good chat about what we would do should problems arise (which they do) and he had such an honest level headed approach, that’s refreshing.
I think I paid reasonably strong money for the car, but I’m ok with that as value is in the condition and the service. Cheaper is not better you normally find.
Car is brilliant, will recommend Ben to some of my friends who are into the slightly more retro product.

I bought my Range Rover 35th Anniversary from Ben. Great car, Ben was honest and helpful with the whole process. He knows his cars well. I expected some faults and niggles (after all its a 15 year old Range Rover!) and Ben was really good at resolving anything post purchase even though I'd kind of bought it 'Sold as Seen'. Would definitely highly recommend V8 Vault and buy from their again.

I’ve just bought a 2005 R52 Mini Cooper. S JCW convertible from this dealership. Its proprietor, Ben, was professional, personable and trustworthy. The car is a delight- exactly as described- and the experience was one I would highly recommend. I will be watching to see what stock Ben creates in the future as I will gladly transact with him again.

I purchased my 03 Range Rover Autobiography (affectionately named Arlo), from Ben 3 months ago and I honestly couldn't be happier. His customer service was impeccable, he could not have done more to help make the buying process super comfortable (see 'least creepy car salesman this side of Birmingham), and I felt confident with him every step of the way. I definitely recommend buying a car from Ben, and I absolutely would use him again if I wasn't planning on growing old and dying with Arlo. A five star experience for car buying.

I recently bought a Range Rover L322 Autobiography from Ben at V8 Vault. I am happy with the car and have found his aftersales service to be good. There was a slight issue re warranty but Ben sorted it out for me. All in all I am happy with the service and the car so I would buy from him again.

Excellent experience all round. Ben is very approachable, extremely knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. I felt very comfortable and safe on the test drive as Ben is friendly and I was able to really enjoy myself and get a good feel for the car. Beautiful picturesque local area for a drive. I didn't feel any awkward feeling like with most car dealers, no fake sales spiel or pressure. It was a relaxed experience from ringing after seeing the advert in autotrader, to purchasing and driving away. The V8 Vault showroom is stylish and has a welcoming atmosphere. I'm a happy customer and very pleased with my car. I rang Ben the following day (his day off) to discuss the warranty and thank him and he still had time to chat to me about how I'm enjoying my Boxster. Good after sales service. This was the best experience I've had in buying a car in my 30 years of driving. Highly recommended.
