I purchased my 03 Range Rover Autobiography (affectionately named Arlo), from Ben 3 months ago and I honestly couldn't be happier. His customer service was impeccable, he could not have done more to help make the buying process super comfortable (see 'least creepy car salesman this side of Birmingham), and I felt confident with him every step of the way. I definitely recommend buying a car from Ben, and I absolutely would use him again if I wasn't planning on growing old and dying with Arlo. A five star experience for car buying.

I recently bought a Range Rover L322 Autobiography from Ben at V8 Vault. I am happy with the car and have found his aftersales service to be good. There was a slight issue re warranty but Ben sorted it out for me. All in all I am happy with the service and the car so I would buy from him again.

Excellent experience all round. Ben is very approachable, extremely knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. I felt very comfortable and safe on the test drive as Ben is friendly and I was able to really enjoy myself and get a good feel for the car. Beautiful picturesque local area for a drive. I didn't feel any awkward feeling like with most car dealers, no fake sales spiel or pressure. It was a relaxed experience from ringing after seeing the advert in autotrader, to purchasing and driving away. The V8 Vault showroom is stylish and has a welcoming atmosphere. I'm a happy customer and very pleased with my car. I rang Ben the following day (his day off) to discuss the warranty and thank him and he still had time to chat to me about how I'm enjoying my Boxster. Good after sales service. This was the best experience I've had in buying a car in my 30 years of driving. Highly recommended.

JUST BOUGHT A MERCEDES CLS63 FROM V8 VAULT,THE CAR WAS IN IMMACULATE CONDITION AND DROVE PERFECT.THEY EVEN TOOK MY OLD VEHICLE IN PART EXCHANGE AT A REALLY GOOD PRICE,THE TEAM AT V8 VAULT WERE A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT ALL THERE VEHICLES.WILL DEFINITELY BE USING AGAIN THANKS

I Saw the Advert on Car & Classic, good selection of photo's & accurate description, with great detail. A Phone call to Ben to discuss great Knowledge & arranged a Visit which they did on a Bank Holiday. After a test Drive I virtually shock hands to do the deal & did an online Deposit later that day. New MOT arranged as promised & was ready for collection 6 days later, Excellent Service and a pleasure to deal with. Really pleased with the P38 Range Rover.

After browsing adverts I found an incredible car at a fine price. After a 30 min conversation over the phone I agreed to purchase the car. The team’s knowledge on their stock is fantastic. They even arranged additional work to be done on some audio and detailing elements. Don’t hesitate.
