My daughter bought a Hyundai i20 a few months ago from Value Cars of Skippers Lane. No hassle to buy from the salesman when we went in to look at it but at the same time was very helpful. She bought it but after a couple of days she noticed that the radio wasn't working correctly. After they checked it out they replaced it with another one. I was even given the use of a courtesy car for a couple of hours whilst it was getting done. They certainly look after their customers and anyone buying a car from them can buy with confidence. No problems at all with the car since. Excellent, friendly service.

Looking for a little car not to expensive tryed evens halshaw wasn't happy with them at all so went and seen another cars at vaule cars for a test drive fell in love with a little smart car the guys there where brilliant with me.. Being female I thought they might be abit pushy but no they where lovely couldn't do enough cleaned her all up mark and his team at Value Cars of Skippers Lane are brilliant.

Value Cars of Skippers Lane is truly a friendly family run buisiness. Staff being invested in the company were helpful and understanding. I had disability needs which they kindly accomodated, they were patient thoughtful friendly and understanding toward my disabled relative. The name " Value Cars" is indeed apropo. The cars are all priced very fairly and genuine value for money. Do not presume their name to mean a cheap low quality second hand car dealership. This garage is not at all like that. The showroom is immaculate, as are all the staff I have met there. Their stock is brought up to a very high standard of cleanliness inside and out. It was so clean they shine like vehicles in a new car dealership showroom, including the engines. I've just bought an eight year old Micra from them, it drives looks and even smells like a year old car. Genuine low mileage. The process of buying was eased for me by the helpful and thorough staff. They were patient when I asked them to repeat what they had said. It felt like dealing with family not strangers who run a buisiness. Yet they were also thorough and professional in their service. I have already recommended this garage to friends and stand by my words " I highly recommend a visit to this garage , especially if your budget for a car is between £2,000-5,000. Genuine quality cars , genuine quality people.

I bought a Volvo from value cars last week. After driving it for a few days an abs warning light come on the dash (which turned out to be a wheel bearing with a built in abs sensor at fault). I phoned them up and they put me at ease straight away and ensured the car was fixed to the highest standard. Very professional garage. Excellent customer service. You couldn’t ask for more .
