Travelled 330 miles to buy a 55 plate Ford Ranger. Made several calls to seller before travelling, for assurance that vehicle was in good condition. Was assured vehicle was in good condition, which bodily it was. Test drove at 60 mph, all seemed OK, so asked if any warranty, told due to low price £3950, so not that low, no warranty, they know their way round the system, as invoiced marked, sold as scrap or spares. Within 30 miles of their premises, vehicle developed misfire and glow plug started flashing. Just made it home. Vehicle SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN TRADED. KEEP AWAY FROM THIS FIRM! You have been warned, by many others I notice.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY We purchased a van from these people in September 2015 advertised with a full service history. When we collected the van we were told that they would send the service history on to us as it wasn't on their premises at that time. To cut a long story short, a year later we have never received a service book. We were lied to on numerous occasions and they even tried to fob us off with an old service book from a completely different make of van! The only time they ever had the decency to contact us was when we got Trading standards involved and then we were offered a free service, too little too late. Would never deal with these people again.

Issues from the beginning starting with lack of spare wheel and tools and missing service history. 2 months later after many calls and only 2 returned we still have no service history. There customer service is dreadful to non existent. We strongly advise against buying anything from these people. Broken promise after broken promise and still not recieved what was advertised and owed to us !

Your van did not go wrong and only developed a clutch problem outside the warranty period after you had been using it to pull your boat in and out of the water as you told me. Even Citroen couldn't find a fault with it. As for the lovely Transit you part exchanged in.......great van, NOT. I don't mind criticism, but please be truthful.
Bought a VW Caddy van from Van Masters. Within 4 months of having the van it had catastrophic brake failure (the day after it was supplied to me). Then just outside of their 3 month warranty the gear box went! They ignored all my communications and very unprofessional! Be very cautious buying anything from them.
