Avoid Van Monster. I bought an Iveco Daily from them in April 2019. In August the brakes failed on the motorway. The van was under warranty, so I called them and they didn't want to know, citing that brakes aren't covered under warranty. I tried explaining that it's not a case that I need new brake pads and that that the brakes completely failed on the motorway. They still didn't want to know.

I bought a Van from here back in September. It was practically new, In very good condition and is excellent value for money. The only issue is that we are still missing a proper spare key. I am happy overall, I would recommend.

I went to Van Moster in April and purchased a Mercedes - Benz Sprinter from them. The service and after care were both excellent. The oil light came ob a week after I bought it and it turns out it had too much oil in but the dealer sorted it straight away. I would recommend this dealer.

I rang Darlington and spoke to Gary Pace who sourced a van to my spec within a few days. I viewed it straight away and agreed a deal. I travelled to Darlington from Staffordshire where I was met at the railway station. The deal was completed. The van developed a major fault with the air conditioning and Gary allowed me to get this repaired locally whereupon he settled the invoice. I have since travelled all around Europe in the van and used it to tow a large caravan without difficulty. Top service and a top vehicle at a good price. I recommend this dealer
Van Monster were spot on, I've already recommended to others and I recommend them to anybody reading this review. Gary was great, went above and beyond in sourcing the van for me, its been to France and back and its not had any problems at all. I will give them a look when I buy my next Van.
