Called Lyne yesterday regarding van which at the time was still available!! She told me she would hold the van and to call back in the morning to make an appointment to view so took the day off work and been trying to call all morning but to find she has blocked my number.... Obviously they have sold the van for a better price than the asking price.. thanks for that appreciate your great customer service

Went to see a truck that I was going to buy on finance. Lynn and Dave were friendly and professional, they knew exactly what they were talking about. Found my van via Autotrader. When I called to enquire more detail, Lynn was very helpful and offered lots of info for me to think about. Thankfully the van was still available a few weeks later when I was ready so booked in to see it. Presentation was excellent with the van looking like new, all the paperwork was ready to go and a test drive was the clincher. Really great service. I spoke with Lynn and Dave on the phone throughout the day, I must have contacted them 20 times as I knew nothing about buying a van for camper conversion. They were incredibly patient and went out of their way to help me; they came to pick my up at an earlier station due to a cancelled train! The van I saw (and bought instantly - Renault Trafic 1.6 dci business) was very reasonably priced and in better condition than I expected.
