Not the standard car salesman experience! Rob Tam treated us like VIPs, and even though the car we purchased wasn’t the typical supercar that VR specialise in, we still got given the same levels of amazing service. There was no pushy sales, everything was extremely honest and upfront and I have to say he made what can be a fairly stressful process seamless and hassle fee. Really can’t recommended these guys enough, thank you Rob!

Nothing but a 10/10 for Rob and his team in Warrington VR. Rob was excellent throughout the sale and guided me well. I purchased a BMW Z4 after seeing it online, the car was just as I expected. Just wanted to say thanks for the great customer service and amazing car. I went down to the showroom and was offered a test drive on the Discovery, there was no pressure and they didn't limit the time I could take to test drive the car. I loved every aspect of the Discovery, it drove a dream, I had a nice long run out in it and got a great feel for the car, it was a no brainer for me, I couldn't walk away without it. I'm highly satisfied with the sale process and how everything was handles, I couldn't fault a thing. Thanks again, I'll be back when I finally want to upgrade!

This dealership itself is immense! The showroom is incredible, its pristine clean and the cars are immaculate. There is clearly a high standard of care taken to maintain this, it creates a prestigious environment for customers to feel comfortable when purchasing their new car. It was a like a day out for a kid in a toy shop visiting the site and picking my new Land Rover. I chose black exterior with the extra's and it is beautiful, I'm thoroughly enjoying it and it would be fair to say, I find any excuse possible to get behind the wheel. I couldn't be happier with the whole purchasing experience, the only downfall is not finding VR EPS sooner! If you're reading this review and contemplating purchasing your car here, I 100% recommend doing so, I know you will not be disappointed.

VE EPS is the best dealership around and I am absolutely over the moon with everything they have ever done for me. There is no better than VR EPS and no better salesmen than Martin, Rob and the other guys that work there! And not to mention Nick, Such a shame he is not longer there. All jokes a side, this dealership is reliable, trustworthy, honest, just perfect all round. They will do anything to satisfy their customers. VR EPS take pride in what they do and we all know VR EPS do it best!

Martin has been brilliant from the very start to the end. He has done nothing but help me out and do everything he said he would do. The communication from this dealership is incredible, I was consistently updated on the progress and kept in the loop at all times. The customer service is bang on and I can not recommend highly enough! Apart from the Ferrari 458 being expensive on fuel, it is a unreal car! I will be rating a 4.5 not because of any issues, just because there is always room for improvement!

I can't tell you how fantastic these guys were, I can't thank them enough for everything they have done for me. I was dealt with very well at a VR EPS, the staff were more than helpful and friendly. I got a 12 month warranty on the Range Rover and anything that I have needed doing has been done with no questions asked, the prep process was thorough and detailed. This experience has been all round great and I would have no issues with taking a look around the dealership the next time I need a new motor!
