When I go out to a nice restaurant and enjoy my meal, I like to either speak with the manager or chef and let them know what a fantastic job they did... that is exactly what I am going to do with VR EPS, I think they have been absolutely fantastic! The car itself has been marvellous, I couldn't be happier with it! The day after I got the car I noticed a small crack in the window screen, however, we didn't know when this had happened, so we came to a gentleman's agreement and went 50/50 on the excess price, so I couldn't have asked for much more from them. I would highly recommend VR EPS.

It was first class buying from VR EPS, couldn't fault them from start to end. They were welcoming and knowledgeable and very thorough too. The Ibiza itself is top notch, the wing mirror needs sorting as it folds the wrong way, but apart from that it is a brilliant car.

You would expect a bit of wear and tear on a second hand vehicle, however, on the Mustang, it looked fresh from the factory it was incredible! Simon was the guy who I had the pleasure of dealing with and he was fantastic, such a nice and helpful guy. It was my first time using VR EPS and without a doubt I would use them again!

What a wonderful guy Rob was, he was so helpful and friendly from the get-go. I purchased the Nissan Leaf they had available and I absolutely love it! My Range Rover Evoque is a lovely car, I am ecstatic with it, it runs like clockwork, and feels fantastic to drive. I did the whole purchase online as I live 300 miles away from their showroom but I found it very easy and simple to do, the website is easy to navigate and the communication was very good. VR EPS provided a first class service throughout my whole journey in making this purchase, I cannot fault them in the sightless and will be looking to use them again when the times comes to get a new car.

I love my new Mercedes CLA it is much smoother drive than the previous Mercedes I had, its a nice upgrade more modern with less miles and lots of funky new features. Martin at VR EPS is a friend of mine, when I told him I was looking for a new car he offered me to have a look at the wide range of vehicles at their dealership in Warrington. Simon and Martin were perfect, extremely helpful and everything was conducted very smoothly and stress-free. A big thank you, I will certainly be back in the future.
