Buying cars these days is hard work.. is what I thought before taking myself to VR EPS. My opinion completely changed when I came to VR for my VW Golf. Honestly, I was in and out in a hour. The sale was stress free, so easy and not to mention how sleek and straight-forward it was. I asked for the gear box to be service, they did it with no hassle what so ever. I noticed a tiny crack in the windscreen, mentioned it once and you best believe I have a brand new window screen put in. Everything I put on these guys or asked for, they did without any hesitation. I've wanted a Golf for some time now and I have always talked myself out of it, but it just so happens it was the right car at the right time and the right car at the right price. Simon was bang on, couldn't of asked for anything more! Honestly the best around!

I was in search of a new car, I came to VR EPS knowing the car would be reliable and trust-worthy... just like the lads that sold me the car. The Ford Focus was a snatch, really good price! It was the 4 door that suited me the most to be honest, that's the reason I went for the car. Martin - Fantastic mate, honestly brilliant! I would use any day of the week and I certainly can not recommend enough! Nothing but tip top marks!

Very happy from start to finish. I purchased a BMW X3 from VR and I must say I am very pleased. I needed some break fluid and within the click of the fingers, Simon sorted it with no issues at all! The staff down at VR couldn't have been better, from the get go, Simon was so helpful, even when this guy was on annual leave he STILL went the extra mile to help me get things sorted! My experience could not of gone any better! Firstly, Glen was amazing, he made my experience so easy and stress-free, I am unbelievably pleased with how the sale went. I had been driving a Fiat Punto for a while and I wanted something just a little more modern, these guys understood the assignment and had just what I was looking for. I came away with a very lovely, smooth driving Astra, it does the job perfectly and is everything I wanted it to be! I came to VR ESP to purchase an E Class Mercedes, I knew what I wanted as I have had one before but it got wrote off. I am very happy with the E Class, so far so good! Driving very well. The chap dealing with me was more than helpful too!
