I am absolutely in love with my new car it's wonderful. The guy who dealt with me Sam, and the whole process was amazing I couldn't have dealt with someone better he was helpful, reassuring, amazing at communicating through the whole process and overall I had an amazing experience with him. VR in Warrington are a fabulous team and I will definitely be going back there when I am on the hunt for my next one!

My search on Autotrader led me to VR EPS Warrington, where I found a Mercedes-Benz A 200 that immediately caught my eye. It was clear from the start that this car was the one for me ; it’s absolutely beautiful. While I was at the dealership, I had the pleasure of working with Glen, who took the time to walk me through all the car’s controls. Given that I’ve never had a vehicle with so many features before, his thorough explanation was incredibly helpful. Since collecting the car, it has run like a dream. I find myself looking for any excuse to take it out for a drive. 

I found a Mercedes Benz 200 AMG online, and the price was perfect, so I decided to visit the dealership to get a closer look. When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised to see that the car was exactly as advertised – in fact, it looked even better in person than in the pictures! The car was the perfect size for me and my family, and the team at the dealership made the whole process incredibly easy. They were friendly, helpful, and took all the stress out of buying a car. I couldn't have asked for a smoother experience and would definitely recommend them to anyone in the market for a new car!

The best service from start to finish. The sales person was excellent. He delivered very good customer service, and the other staff were nice too. We even got hot drinks or tap water offered to us, which was very nice. We will be back in the future if we need to upgrade.

Very good customer service. The sales representative was extremely calm, approachable, and honest about everything. It was very reassuring to be dealt with in safe hands when buying my car, and there was good quality assurance with the car checks.

Rob was brilliant and truly went the extra mile. I part exchanged my car, which had a private number plate, and he took care of all the details to transfer it to my uncle’s car as a special gift. The entire process was seamless, with no issues at any stage. During the handover, the car was immaculate—exactly as promised. I found the Mercedes on Auto Trader, and when I visited the forecourt, Rob handed me the keys for a test drive. Everything they said they would do, they delivered on. Highly recommend!

I am absolutely delighted with my car and have had no issues whatsoever. Glen was the perfect salesman—attentive, responsive, and went above and beyond to meet my needs. This wasn't my first experience with VRP EPS in Warrington, and once again, they've proven why I continue to rely on them, even from Essex. The service is always straightforward and hassle-free.
