A very painless process, not the usual stressful and pressured experience. I met with Martin when I went to view a Lamborghini. The car was beautifully presented and I could see the efforts that had gone into getting the car ready for me, it didn't go unnoticed. I am totally enjoying the car, its a dream to drive. I did have an issue with the car that Lamborghini themselves needed to book it in for. Martin had paid the bill before I even got there to pick it up. He really went that extra mile for me! I would be more than happy to buy here again it was the best customer service and experience buying a car I've ever had.

Im so impressed with my Audi A3, I went to VR with my Dad, he has bought from them before and he helped me find and buy the right car for me. The A3 has so much technology/systems, its really modern and extremely smooth to drive, its brilliant I really enjoying driving it. I'm going to keep this as brief as I can, I could go on all day long about how truly incredible the experience was for me when buying my Rolls Royce Wraith from this outstanding dealership. Firstly, absolutely fabulous car! I'm not getting out that much due to work but I'm loving the car. I emailed Martin to say how great the car is, I am blown away with it. I've had the car touched up since purchasing, through choice and also changed to leather interior and wow, its pure luxury. I dealt with Martin, but I wanted to highlight all members of staff I had any encounter with - every single person at VR is polite, professional and extremely courteous. I took my own registration plates down, the guys came out to fit them and it was great, the were just as excited as me they were loving the car, a couple of comments from them... "wow, I hope you enjoy this car, some people can only dream of owning" "you are so lucky so own a machine like this, its truly beautiful". It was very pleasing to see how excited everybody was on my behalf. Martin was fabulous, I couldn't ask for a better guy, I bought the car there and then due to his attitude, very very good. I've bought lots of fancy prestige cars and every salesman that's ever sold me a car has been a pain in the a**e, badgered me, pushed me, hard selling....Martin didnt do that and I appreciated that. He wasn't a pushy salesman and that will stand for a lot for many years. the success will be for years to come with what they created here. Martin described the car very well, it was just as he said it was, the communication was strong from the very start. I arrived (Martin collected me from the station which was super helpful) and all the paperwork was sitting ready, the car looked absolutely breath taking. I've already asked Martin to find my next car for 3 years time when I change this one - which speaks volumes. I strongly recommend visiting Martin at Vanrooyen - you won't ever buy elsewhere again.
