Excellent service from start to finish sorted everything on the car!

My Husband and I share our cars and we recently upgraded one of them to a BMW X2 and we are both delighted with it, it's lovely to drive, were so pleased. The service from the company was amazing and we would both highly recommend VR and their services.

I am over the moon with my Mercedes I recently purchased, I really like the car and its in fantastic shape for a used car - its immaculate. The service was very smooth and quick, its the first time I've been to this dealership before but it won't be the last, I would more than happily buy again and recommend - top marks from me.

Very straight forward purchase, I showed interest, Glenn rang that afternoon he said come up and have a look at the car, he had the car ready for the test drive when I got there. I went out in it with my Father for a quick drive and loved it. I asked what the time frames were looking like and he said give me an hour to get everything sorted for you, I went to Ikea for an hour, went back and drove the car away that day... The whole process from first getting in contact, arriving there, going through the details, test driving, the whole transaction was really really smooth and I'm very pleased with it all. We was upgrading due to having a second baby soon, so its spacious and very practical for the family, it will serve its purpose perfectly! Thanks to Glenn, a really helpful and honest salesman.

Absolutely spot on down here, I went down for a 3 Series and the boys were absolutely brilliant! The car is such a nice car and lovely to drive, I've had some fun in it, chuffed to bits. Cheers boys 👍

I highly recommend VR EPS more so for the amazing after care I received. I bought a Golf from them and not long after the car developed a problem, I rang VR and they got the issues diagnosed and resolved very quickly, I couldn't fault them at all. I love the car and since its been fixed its been perfect. I've had a follow up call, which was nice I really appreciated that. My family and I would highly recommend Vanrooyen to anybody in the market for a new car.

I was looking for a F Pace Jaguar and whilst strolling online I came across a Mercedes C Class with VR and I loved the look of it, I shocked myself but I was really interested in the car so I called and spoke to Martin who gave all the information and booked me in to see the car. I got there and Sam looked after me, he gave me the keys allowed me to test drive with zero pressure to buy. The car was a dream, I wasn't leaving without it, or at least securing it! The price was fantastic for what the car was and I even got a great deal on my part exchange. Rob was very helpful during the handover and I am already excited about my next visit when due an upgrade! Everybody I spoke to was extremely helpful, professional and went out of their way to accommodate. No hesitation in recommending!

Thanks to everybody here for breaking away from the 'generic car salesman'. No pressure or pushiness and no breathing down my neck. The guys gave me keys and told me to look around and shout up if any questions... they left me to it and didn't once rush me. I can't thank them enough for a fantastic service and a very nice VW Tiguan - its everything we wanted!

I couldn't believe how straight forward and smooth it was buying a car here, I will definitely use VR again for future purchases. I went for a Mercedes GLC and I couldn't be happier with my choice, the car is lovely really happy with it. It was gleaming when I collected it I didn't even know cars could be that shiny!! Nick was absolutely spot on, really straight talking guy and didn't give me any lengthy sales spiel.

My wife and I had decided to invest in a 2nd car, our shared car I use for work and is isn't very big. So we decided on a Kia Sportage which would be an all rounder car, and very practical! We do a lot of camping so knew it would come in handy for camping trips. We found the perfect car and Vanrooyen, it ticked all the boxes for us, down to the interior and colour, my wife absolutely loved it.
