It was an absolute pleasure to purchase a vehicle from VR. I had seen the Jaguar online and contacted them to discuss it. I was delighted when I was invited down the same day to view it. The moment I saw it, I knew I was to buy it. It was in perfect condition with a very nice cream leather interior. Nick was fantastic, he could not have done more, He even took time to show me around their prestige showroom. This in itself was amazing. It is clear that this garage have a real passion for cars and commit an awful lot of time and effort in making sure they are pristine. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a car, they were outstanding, I will definitely be looking again with Vanrooyen when it is time to upgrade.

What an amazing experience both my wife and I have received from the staff at VR EPS Warrington. I was initially very apprehensive of purchasing a car in the new way of online and delivery. I was immediately put at ease by Rob, who was absolutely “OUTSTANDING”! I have waited nearly a year to move forward purchasing a car, due to the pandemic and felt there is more important things in life at the time. As we move forward unlocking the country, this felt the right time. I visited dealerships and was disappointed with their service and the double booking of a test drive, I very quickly went back to the drawing board. The car I now proudly own, was bought on trust and comfortable in the way in which my wife Fiona and I were being confidentially looked after by Rob, with his professionalism and attention to detail throughout the process. If anyone out there has any misconception about buying online and delivery of a car, then worry no more. I can categorically reassure you out there go for the VR EPS Warrington experience, Rob and his team are fantastic. I was kept in the loop all the way even regular updates on the delivery and with COVID restrictions. The drivers Mike & Sam, were brilliant! A credit to the company and real banter and complimentary towards Fiona & I. It was quite an experience actually sitting in my garden with Mike & Sam, being treated with the utmost professionalism and care and nothing was too much trouble to either of them. When you visit a dealership you are getting the treatment coffee etc.. on this occasion it was me making the lads a cup of tea in the garden, talking about Scotland and football in the same sentence, brilliant! I had been looking for the Red Edition Focus RS for ages, but really struggled to find the right one. These cars are high sough-after at the moment, they are very popular, every time I saw one I wanted it was either overpriced due to the high demand, or sold. This one came up and within minutes I had called, secured and left a deposit, it was perfect and I was not missing yet another opportunity. I am happy to say the car is everything I wanted and I am absolutely over the moon with it. I would say the service and process was pretty perfect, I can't fault the lads. I was dealing with Martin mainly - great lad to deal with, very straight forward talking and genuine. I collected the car from there showroom (wow by the way, totally taken back). It was honestly a walk in the park, the lads had got everything under control, I put the car on the trailer, they took my part ex, signed the documents and done, it was easy and simple! I have been using Nick at Vanrooyen for years, its the only place I will buy cars from, I have never come across a dealership like Vanrooyen, its absolutely stunning and the lads there will look after you like gold. Mick did absolutely everything for me, he was perfect. The newest purchase is a Honda HR-V, car is a dream, very happy with it. Its in lovely condition and been very well looked after, thanks to Nick and the squad, I'll see you in a year or so!!

I recently discovered VR EPS when searching online for a new motors, the stock, showroom and reviews looked gleaming. I took the plunge and purchased the car, without seeing or driving it - not something I would usually do when spending a large sum of money. The car is spectacular I couldn't be more pleased with it. The customer service provided through-out the transaction was perfect, I would 1000% buy from here again.

I couldn't have been happier with the customer service I received from the lads at VR - Warrington, absolutely smashing bunch of people I will certainly be back here when I need to upgrade. I bought a Land Rover Discovery and although it was a huge risk, I read reviews, I had spoken to the lads there a few times over the phone and all seemed sound as a pound. I was going to have the car delivered but I needed the car sooner than expected, the lads got everything sorted and allowed me to collect instead. Boy am I glad I collected, the showroom - wow. Its absolutely incredible, I had to take a video I was blown away. I highly highly recommend this company, you will not regret it.

I have purchased and looked at cars before at Vanrooyen so I have dealt with Martin previously, a genuine salesman, with no 'salesman techniques'. The lads there dont need to 'sell', the cars really do sell themselves. I contacted Martin when I found a lovely Porsche 911 through their website. I was confident enough to buy the car online and trust that it would be what I expected - It was more than, its absolutely stunning and in better condition that I thought. I'm using the car often and very much enjoying it. I highly recommend VR, I will use for any further purchases for sure.
