Very very impressed with this dealership, the level of care given to customers is A*, the stock they hold is beautiful and the car I bought is amazing! I bought a BMW 4 Series, and its by far the nicest and quickest car I've ever owned, its lovely to drive and I'm definitely enjoying it. Nick dealt with the sale and he was a very nicer chap - he looked after me, there was no pressure, it was a nice relaxed experience and I will certainly recommend Vanrooyen for this to others.

The guys down at Vanrooyen were brilliant, they did everything they could to help and make the sale as smooth as possible. From first meeting them, they was helpful really friendly and welcoming. It was brilliant, really smooth process, no issues at all. It was the first time buying from Vanrooyen, but I wouldn't hesitate to buy here again, brilliant customer service. The car I bought is running well, its a nice motor, really happy with it.

I recently came back to the UK after been abroad for many years, I haven't had a car for around 10 years as the need wasn't there , but now I'm back I was desperate for something. Although the need was high, I didn't want to buy the first thing I saw, whilst searching around I came across Vanrooyen and their impeccable range of stock, I enquired on a Porsche Panamera and the guys were great from the get go, no problems what so ever along the way, the process was quick, easy and very professional. I would buy here again without hesitation, and I will happily and highly recommend Vanrooyen to friends and family.

I bought a Land Rover Discovery, the price was very fair, for the age, mileage and spec of the car. The car is in great condition and was very well advertised, I'm extremely pleased with it. The customer service was next level for me, absolutely fantastic from the very start to the end. Sam was helpful through-out, he gave me their business What's App details so I could communicate easily. I had lots of questions about the car, and Sam always responded to me quickly, and was happy to help. I even messaged on weekends, I felt like I was nagging sometimes, but again, he always came back to me and answered what I needed. I enquired on a Monday night, Sam rang me Tuesday and I left a deposit and everything was done and sorted by Tuesday afternoon, very quick, smooth and professional process. I am 4.5 hours away from Vanrooyen, so Sam arranged for their delivery driver to met me half way, free of charge to do the hand over, this was the icing on the cake for me, I've never experience service like it. The lads down there are fantastic, I can't sing their praises high enough and I will definitely recommend and use again when I'm ready.

I have used Vanrooyen for some time now, I have bought cars from them, and they have also sold cars of mine on my behalf. I recently bought a Range Rover. I have dealt with Martin a few times now, and I've always found him extremely helpful, very friendly and professional. Its clear that the guys down there have great knowledge of the stock they hold. I can't fault the service or dealership at all, I've felt valued each time visiting the showroom and they have always gone out of their way to reach my needs. I'm highly enjoying the Range Rover, its a lovely car, great to drive and in top condition - very pleased.

It was a breath of fresh air buying a car from Vanrooyen ESP! After years of using main dealerships and discovering the service and after sales is shocking, its been an absolute delight dealing with Glen. Glen provided 5* customer service, I couldn't fault it at all. I part exchanged my Land Rover Discovery in and bought a Range Rover Sport, I'm made up with the, its brilliant. I love it. Vanrooyen did some extra work for me on changing the wheels/alloys and they did an outstanding job, whilst they had my car they gave me a Porsche for the day, the dealership have accommodated for my needs at every stage. Glen actually delivered the car to my house for me, which was an added extra bonus. I will most definitely buy from Vanrooyen again, and I won't hesitate to recommend to others looking for a pleasant car buying experience.

This is one of the nicest dealerships I've ever visited, you can tell the dealer really takes pride in what they do, the showroom is lovely, and the range of stock they hold is outstanding. I found an advert on Autotrader for an Audi A4 that Vanrooyen had in stock, it was just what I was looking for and it looked very well kept. When I went to view the car the customer service was perfect, it was quick, everybody I spoke to was helpful, friendly and certainly not pushy, this is by far the best service I've received! I'm over the moon with the Audi, its a lovely car, everything seems great with it, so far so good. I will be recommending the dealership to others. Vanrooyen will be the first place I check when I'm ready for another car.

Mike is a credit to this company, he was absolutely brilliant, I can't praise him enough. From the first initial meeting, he made me feel comfortable and at ease. Nothing was too much trouble. It was such a nice experience to feel valued as a customer, and to know that you are being looked after. I bought a Mercedes-Benz E Class, and just after buying I received a call from Vanrooyen to explain they has been a re-call on the model. They contacted me as soon as they knew, and have organised for it to back to the manufacturer for the repair. The car is lovely, I'm so pleased with it, and can't thank the guys enough for the caring and outstanding service.
