It was definitely worth it because the car was exactly what I had been looking for. When I was looking for a upgrade from my older X5, due to having a Q7 before that I knew I wanted a newer version of the Audi Q7, I took to Autotrader and found a great one with VR EPS in Warrington, now Warrington was an issue as I am based near Devon! its a very long drive!!! But I cannot thank Simon enough for his patience and taking my several phone calls and uncountable amount of questions, this really put me at ease and gave me the confidence to drive such a long way. I hated the drive up it was long and uncomfortable. But as soon as I had my new Audi Q7 and started my journey back it was so comfortable and I didn't want to journey to end 😂 Thank you Simon and the team at VR EPS for making this distance sale so easy for me, even tho its miles away from me I would consider them in the future and recommend anyone to have a look at there stock!

I got my dream 2nd car and its perfect! My Stepdad found it on Auto trader and we knew we had to go and test drive it. When we arrived we noticed the staff were so lovely and welcoming. The car is amazing and I am in love with it, a REAL dream! Thank you VR EPS 😊

Such an easy process to buy our new family car from VR EPS in Warrington, not only was the car pretty much bob on, the customer service from the guys down there stole the show. Really friendly and knowledgeable, extremely helpful throughout. We have had our Audi Q7 for about a month now and we are really enjoying it, it hasn't let us down and most importantly the kids love it!

The entire process was incredibly straightforward, with no complications. While I wasn't thrilled with the price I received for my part-exchanged Range Rover, I understand that's just the nature of the market for those vehicles these days. However, I'm still very satisfied with the BMW I purchased from them—it's a really nice car, and I'm happy with everything overall...so much so, I'd definitely return to VR when I'm looking for a change.
