Simon was absolutely fantastic—couldn't have asked for better assistance. The whole process felt almost too easy! I traded in my old car, and they were efficient and fair, offering me a price I was more than happy with. All the paperwork was completed without any hiccups. While I might dream of buying a Ferrari someday, I'm perfectly content with my Mercedes for now. I'll definitely be back when the time comes!

Was looking for an Audi TT. I saw one with VR. E-mailed a couple of questions and received a quick reply even though it was out of hours. Went to see the car, it was in immaculate condition and was offered a test drive. Whilst taking it out Simon had a look around my car I was trading in. All very efficient going through the sales and paperwork side. Was given a relatively competitive price for the trade in and agreed a price. Was able to pick up the car a few days later and it's been absolutely spot on. Highly recommend VR and Simon was an absolute pleasure to deal with, always available to help and answer questions.

It was my first time visiting this dealership, and Simon made sure to make it a very good/ memorable experience. He answered all of my questions that I had about the Audi A4 and what really gave me a lot of faith in the dealership was the fact that he was so transparent with me and told me EVERYTHING about the car, so it was presented to me as advertised. After agreeing on a price for my 2006 Golf R32 that I was part exchanging, I went ahead with it. Other than the car getting keyed after 2 weeks of having it, the car has been spot on.

I don't think the transition from diesel to electric could have been made any easier! It's my first electric car so I was worried about adapting to the change, but the only difference is that I have to put it on charge. One thing that I didn't know about owning an electric car was how cheap they are to run. It was Glen who looked after me throughout the sale and he couldn't have done enough for me, he even helped with the paperwork to switch my private plate over. 100% an easy 5*
