The van looked great for the start then noticed many different things different colour panels, back doors labeled wrong no service history told could get it easy as was ex enterprise rent a van but still not a got it . Fiance offered was discussing would NOT recommend !!!! KEEP A WAY

Bought a van from this company a few years back, and have never dealt with a worse company. Van hugely overpriced, £4000 worth of repairs in 1st six months, warranty given is useless as liability was never accepted from vansco. Avoid like the plague!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Vansco asked for a deposit of £250 before anything was agreed and finance had gone through. I stupidly paid. When there was an issue over bank account details and they started messing me around, I changed my mind as I lost confidence with the business and lost trust. As nothing had gone through, I asked for my deposit back, they refused to pay and still have it. KEEP WELL AWAY!!

Bought a van from this company No service history or service stamp sent No hpi certif No mot No warranty No spare tyre No spare key No handbook After numerous emails/ phone calls I received part of the above Stuart (manager) very rarely returns emails and calls disappointing customer service

Having bought a van from these guys before I decided to try other dealers before going back needless to say I went back to vansco I purchased a transit off them with no problems ease of service 100% would definitely recommend

I purchased my Nissan Navara from VansCo three weeks ago and I couldn't be happier. They were by far the best people to deal with in the town having visited a few dealers in the area. The vehicle is a great drijve and can;t recommend them enough. Thanks to Malcolm and Fred for sorting it all.

My daughter purchased a vehicle from vans co on finance.after it broke down within short time the independent inspection that I had to hav done on it revealed not only was it a heap of crap but also incorrect mileage! Every independent inspection company refused to touch this heap of crap after this.Vans co refused 2 accept responsibility so this vehicle has been in a garage in bits while the ombudsman had to step in & finally made finance company pay for repairs. £3000! The upset & stress that vans co has unnecessary caused my daughter and me is discusting. The incorrect mileage (clocked?) finally got the attention of vans co manager after I had to write a letter & a visit. after manager did his investigation he apologised & admitted a big mistake had been made with mileage & he agreed to take the vehicle back & pay off finance.and now he's gone back on his word.vans co have treated me very badly and terrible attitude.they are aware I have no choice but to write this & get my message out to people who are thinking of buying from this lying deceiving company.and they have told me to do what I want .do not buy from this company. I have all the evidence on paper & will be posting it everywhere online in the hope that it stops someone from being deceived like my poor daughter.i have tried to speak to someone higher but still the lies continue. Stay clear from all vans co ltd car/van dealerships.

I purchased a Ford transit from vansco limited I seriously cannot thank them enough ,Joe what a gentleman he went up and beyond to help me ,even let me have a van until mine was all prepped and ready ,they even put ply lining in for me for free,they make you feel totally comfortable and no pressure approach is second to none,I am so happy with my vehicle that I will without fail be going back to vansco for my next purchase,the van never misses a beat and drives like new I cannot thank you all enough !over the moon comes to mind!Michelle rogers.

Vasnco sold my a van that is costing me £2000 to repair after 18 months!!! It has never run properly...I would rather walk than buy from them!

Hi I brought a Fiat Scudo Panorama at a very good price and Vansco Ltd delivered it to myself within a week as promised, I took the car to my local garage who are fiat licenced repair garage to check the car over and it got a clean bill of health a part from the drivers seat height adjustment handle was missing and the car was not as clean as I would have like (inside), but this is minor and just a little niggle. Fred who sold me the car was great very helpful and couldn't do enough to help.
