The Transit is all good, its doing everything I need it t, I couldn’t be more pleased with it. I was looking for a medium wheelbase van with a high roof, this one even came with the racking, microwave and an inverter in the back. I saw this transit while driving past and went in to have a look at it. Initially Vansco offered to get the bodywork done for me however I asked them to do the wet belt and full service for me and they agreed. We dealt with Ben over at the dealership, we exchanged numbers and he kept me posted about the process, overall, he was sound and I don’t know what else he could have done to make us happier. I would definitely recommend Vansco as they have a van that suits everyone’s needs!

The van I picked I felt was reasonable priced. I saw it online and went to see it. First impressions was good .The staff were fantastic, the seemed very straightforward and the process as simple. They all seemed like genuine people, very professional and seemed to know what they were doing.

The Ford Tourneo that was listed by Vansco was the cheapest one that met all our needs, we were looking for a minibus we could convert into a moving van. Our experience at Vanco was all good, the whole process was fairly straightforward. I don’t remember the name of the salesperson we dealt with but it was his fist sale, he was lovely.

The van’s brilliant. My finance broker recommended them to me. The staff were absolutely lovely. Nothing was too much trouble. Really really nice people who are easy to deal with. The gentleman who helped me was very pleasant. It was just a matter of filling in the forms and it was sorted within an hour. I would consider buying from them again, I couldn’t ask for more. Not one thing I can moan about.

When I collected the car, some of the work that I thought were going to be sorted hadn't been done (the ply floor and the reversing sensors).

It's going well with the van I got from Vansco. They are a good reputable business that’s local to us. They made it a pretty seamless process as we got finance from a third party company and they made it hassle free. Handled all the backend side of things and we went to collect in less than a week, nice quick turnaround. I cant remember the guys name who dealt with us on the day but Felix was really good, really helpful, made it all stress free. The guy on the day of collection made it a seamless handover, nice and quick.

Somebody mentioned Vansco to me and said it was a good place to go so I thought I'll go and see what they've got. They've got plenty of vans. They put a new aerial on the van but it isn’t connected up but the dealership said they will fix it, I’ve just not had the chance to go down. The staff were helpful, quite efficient, did what they said they were gonna do so I can't complaint at that.

I had chosen a van with Vansco and we agreed that there were some works needed doing prior to delivery. Unfortunately, I had to change the van due to insurance costs. I chose another van which was delivered. It had to go into the garage straight away as it was blowing out smoke. The van needed some repairs which the dealer paid for and I was extremely grateful for that but It was really inconvenient and stressful. The van has a lot of scratches and it could have benefited from being re ply-lined in the back. I was disappointed that they didn’t touch it up and ply-lined it. Despite the problems I experienced, I’m happy with the after care service and I’m happy with the service the manager of the New Forest branch provided. All in all they are a good garage with good customer service.

Vansco has been great before, so we have decided to come back. We have no problems so we cant score them down for anything.

I brought a Transit Customer from Vansco on my son’s behalf as he needed a van, he has now changed to a Peugeot Partner as the Transit was slightly too big, I’ve still got the van. The staff at Vansco in New Forest were friendly and very helpful especially Ben.
