Good customer service, but unfortunately I’ve been disappointed with the quality of the vehicle. I bought the van in November and since then I’ve had to replace the battery, brakes, and discs all round. When I collected the van, I was told the seats were still wet. Once they dried, I discovered the driver’s seat was covered in mould, which was very disappointing.

Stuart was really helpful throughout and nothing was too much trouble. Anytime I had questions he put me at ease with his answers. Would definitely recommend the to get your next van. They even delivered my van to Wales for me.

The guys at Vansco have been great, I have had a few issues such as an engine management light come on, this was due to the injector, they have been really on the ball at getting this sorted for me. They have great communication, don't mess you about and in genuinely nice lads. I do have one more issue with the drivers side heated seats not working but again they are going to get this sorted for me. I would say it is lucky I am fortunate enough to be self employed as I have had to go too and from the garage a 4-5 times, if I was employed I could see how this may become a potential issue. But apart from that I am really pleased, can't fault the level of service they provide, and I think they always have the best customer intentions in mind. For that reason I'd rate them a 4.

We were looking for a hatchback vehicle when we came across Vansco, surprisingly they are only a couple of miles away from us. We went for the Volvo V40 as it ticked all out boxes and it is a good car. The only issue we have had since purchase is a leak on the right front window seal, we have now had this fixed which did cost us £250 but apart from that the car is fine and drives perfectly. I have already done a fair few miles on it so it has had a good test. Scot at the dealership was great, super easy to deal with I will say for the first time using the dealership it has been a good experience.

I can't complain at all. The experience was super easy I was in and out within a hour after having the paperwork done. It was a pre booked appointment so they did know I was coming and sorted some things put on the phone prior. When I did arrive the car was there all prepared, cleaned and ready to go. I came across the dealership on Autotrader, I had been looking for a new truck for a while. Everything was as pictured and described as it was online. Honestly can't fault it.

Had about half a dozen range rovers, I find them always to be reliable. Everything went alright with the service side of things at Vasco, I travelled down on the train, rocked up to the dealership and drove it home the same day. It was great to have that same day turnaround and within that time they made sure it was cleaned spotlessly for me. I couldn't fault the experience it was 10 out of 10!!

They couldn't have done more for me. I rang up in the morning and asked if I could come down see it and drive it away the same day, initially I was told no as it hadn't had it's point quick, however once the guy realised how far I was travelling he said if there is any time to get in it he will do. On my way down I got stuck in grid lock traffic, the guy waited for me and when I arrived I wasn't rushed and he was patient. The van had also had the point quick and service and been cleaned so I was able to take it back the same day. I can't complain it was some of the highest level of customer service I've received. The van I got seems to be okay so far, touch wood haha! Ben was fine to deal with I have no complaints. It was a quick process it was all cleaned and prepared in time. If I have any issues I will be sure to contact the dealership but so far 5 out of 5 experience.
