The Ford Transit has been fine and my experience with Vansco was good. There were a few bits and pieces, including a panel that was meant to be fitted in the back of the van but wasn't, and the valeting wasn't perfect. That said, I rushed the purchase through myself, so I can't really complain. Overall, I'd still give the experience five stars.

No problems with the van. Looking for vans on different websites and I came across it. They guys were pretty good, worked well with everyone. Did what they said they were going to do. A long process getting things done but in the end, everything was fine.

We purchased a Ford Transit Connect and, after five or six weeks, everything is going perfectly as far as I'm aware. I'll be putting them in for another service just to keep the main dealer service book up to date, even though I know they've already been serviced. Our experience with the dealership was good. Rodney is a great salesman and Josh was also very helpful. We were happy with the service we received. We've actually bought another vehicle from Vansco since then.

I originally went in looking for a Vivaro, but they suggested the Fiat because it had a few more features and a bit more spec, and that worked very well. It's got everything I needed, including reversing cameras, Apple CarPlay and a few other bits and pieces. They gave the van a good check over before handing it over. I had a few points that I picked up, and they dealt with those pretty well. The only thing that neither of us picked up at the time were the windscreen wipers, which needed replacing, but I don't think anyone missed them deliberately. I'd definitely recommend Vansco to others based on my experience.

I purchased a Peugeot Partner, although it's actually my work partner who drives the van, and he loves it I went to the dealership to collect it, and everything there was perfect. I can't remember the name of the salesman, but he seemed okay.

The Nissan was going really well until it stopped charging, but that's a Nissan issue rather than a Vansco issue, and it's booked in under the manufacturer's warranty. My husband mainly dealt with Josh, and he was very helpful throughout. We had one issue with the invoice date because we needed it dated in May after paying before the end of the month, and as soon as we explained it, Josh sorted it out and reissued the invoice for us. We were very happy with the service we received.

I was specifically looking for a Vauxhall Vivaro when I came across it online. I can't remember what website it was on. But when I went down to Vansco, it was Rodney who helped me throughout the process, and he was very good. Based on that, I'd give my experience a five star rating.
