My old transit was on its last legs and decided I needed to upgrade, I have used Vansco in the past and thought they were quite good with the vans I've had previously. I am waiting for the VAT Receipt which I have been meaning to ring about, I feel it should've been sorted quite quickly. However, Vansco do have a good selection of vans in stock, that's why I went to them plus they are one of the main dealerships in Southampton.

I bought the Ford Transit for my dad, he’s happy with it no problems. It was sort of a present sort of work. We work together with the family business. Vansco had the van at a decent price. There wasn't a great deal of options on there for what we needed. At first it was a bit up and down I think they were having problems with an employee being ill at the time which led to a bit of miscommunication. In the end I spoke to someone else and they sorted me out, by the end, it was absolutely fine and got the van delivered. Five stars, it all worked out in the end and the van is lovely!

The Ford Transit is all good, Rodney was helpful throughout. He sorted a service light that came on after the purchase as well.

I do really like the van, although when I went to collect the van, it was not ready, and there were a few issues with the van. There was no spare key with the vehicle, which I have just received now. Other than that, Rodney was great on the day.

My experience with VansCo was alright, the only issue we had was with the after care and the warranty side of things which could have been a bit better. On the whole, the van was presented well, the staff were decent guys and friendly to speak to.

I've bought 3 vans off you guys, the first van did have a bit of a problem, but this vans been pretty good to be fair! Rodney was very helpful in the Southampton branch, he went out of his way to help, he was brilliant!

5 - very easy simple process, nothing was too much. Great customer service. Couldn't recommend Vansco enough! Very simple process, customer service was second to none. Nothing was too much for these guys & their communication was on point! If you're thinking of using vansco I can guarantee you won't be disappointed.

Someone recommended VansCo to me. I went to pick it up and it was all clean. I will say that there is a leak in the roof that I need to call VansCo about but other than that it was good. Good experience and good behaviour.
