Took my car into the garage yesterday for the first service and was pleasantly surprised to receive text updates as to progress. Courtesy coffee, cold drinks and biscuits whilst waiting available if desired. Collected a beautiful clean car too, inside and out. Thank you!

Booked s appointment to view new Christmas model at 11.30. over 3 hours (yes folks) later we went home never to darken their door again! New set up appears to wNt to isolate customers from any screens or information about deals available. No offices with pc access, no getting a look at how they calc the deals as used to be the case. Every time we asked about costings , sales guy disappeared into ,smoked glass surrounded back office, at on point we were left mooching about for over 40minutes , whilst he "calculated" how much PCP deal on new Chr would be, only to be given a negative equity figure for our current PCP car and a ridiculous monthly outlay for a new replacement!! It took all day for something that could have been 20 minutes test drive and max. 30 minutes doing sums!! The place was filled with olds wandering about looking abandoned by their sales buddy! Never mind, the day after I went over to a tried and tested huge dealership and swapped the car for a cracking deal on a new one at literally half the monthly outlay with a great equity px figure and lots of extras too.. Massive own goal Toyota, and disastrous format for selling cars, disorganised amateurish and ultimately abandoned by us and probably a lot more.

Bought a car from them. They registered the car in the wrong name, the Service Plan wasn't activated, the Rescue Cover ran-out and I wasn't informed it was part of the Service Plan. All in all, I was extremely unhappy with them and will not be returning for any further non-service!!
Took my car in for a service and for the following 3 weeks have been harassed by texts and phone calls saying my car is ready with a different registration number every time. Rang toyota to remove me from there sysytem and after getting hung up on 5 times they said they'd remove me me. Next day i get another call about another car, what a messed up company.
Rob Hall was a dealer he was very nice and helpful and I'm very very happy with all he offer me .
Collected my new Rav 4 self charging hybrid from Toyota Vantage at Preston today. Absolutely love the car and couldn't have had better service. The salesman Rob Kennedy was very knowledgeable and helpful and was very patient explaining all the cars features so I felt very confident to drive my new car.

Just been quoted £340 for CHR second service by Vantage Toyota in Preston, what a rip off to change oil and filter and check tyre pressures.
We have never had enough money to buy new, but always bought 1st class used cars. we have service d/d which is another thing not to worry about. now onto Vantage Toyota Preston. 1 word covers all GREAT!
I booked my 2011 Toyota in for a full service last week at Preston Vantage Toyota. Having read the service schedule I understood that they would check the washer bottle fluid. Prior to the day of service I topped up the washer reservoir and then told Vantage not to do anything with this item on the service. I am very annoyed that Vantage charged me for £2.50 for washer fluid they could not possibly have put in the reservoir. When I challenged them they denied being told not to do anything with this item on the service. Two days after the service the under engine cover has fallen loose. I now know why. The Vantage mechanic upon finding a seized bolt ripped the cover loose and never refixed it back in position. The mechanic also lost or failed to refit the correct number of fasteners to the under engine cover. I have since bought the missing fasteners from another Toyota agent. I would not recommend this garage as a trustworthy place to take your vehicle for service
