I recently purchased a van from Vantastic UK in Staines and the service and van was great. they helped with all the questions I had and even helped me to tax the van online. I would have no queries recommending them.
Within a week of buying a van from Vantastic UK in Staines I had to take it to the garage for an oil change where they told me the water pump is leaking and about to fall off as was the timing belt. I now have to take a week off work to get this fixed and most of the garages don’t deal with the warranty company. If Vantastic didn’t detect these issues then they are incompetent and if they did then they are fraudulent, take your pick or better yet avoid these dodgy dealers.

All of our vehicles are subject to inspection prior to sale. This vehicle had recently been serviced at a main VW Garage and a 29 point healthcheck carried out to which there were no issues reported. We always ask our customers to contact us and had the customer wanted, he could have returned the vehicle to us for a refund and/or further investigation.
Having been looking for a van for some months I came across Vantastic by accident. Seeing a van that more than suited my needs the nice people looked after my deposit for nearly two weeks. After paying my balance they help me with going online to pay my road tax. All legal, I had about a 30 mile drive home, what a lovely drive I had down the M3 in the rain. Well happy with everything. My smile, when I arrived home, was as wide as the van. Thank you to all the team at Vantastic Staines. Regards Richard.
Everything was arranged before i got there and finance was easy as well. Would recommend Vantastic to anyone.
Vantastic were great, cant fault any part of the process and they even went above and beyond and delivered and delivered the van to me. I would recommend this place to people who are looking to buy a van.
