I just wanted to warn everyone this company is not that professional how they look like.. The day we made enquiries about van they promise us that we will get the van in 48 hours time then we went to their office we paid deposit and everything else and we was promised that we will collect the van Monday.. We went to the place monday and they turn around and said that we still cannot collect the van but we’ve been promised again we will have the van ready for Tuesday which did not happen either... Now we are hoping we can collect our purchase as soon as possible and nobody knows exactly when this is going to be.. We had to waste hundreds on rental van and we paid driver who wait all day for them and they didn’t get the van ready.. We lose a lot of money doing business with this people and we would recommend you not to deal with them because you will be the next victim of their scams.. All what they care about is to take your money and that’s all what is important to them and nothing else.. If you want to hear thousands excuses and lies then van wise group is the right place for you to buy your next vehicle..bad bad and bad

I've tried to buy three vans from Vanwise, the first one was apparently having warranty work completed at the main VW dealer, that went on for 10/12 weeks, never nice did we apply pressure we just wanted the van, we never did get it. The second one, a 19 plate was in a shocking state body and preparation wise, looked like it had been repaired by a man with a trowel and 4" paint brush, we rejected this one. The third was sort of alright and we've carried on with it, however after 4 months, countless phone calls and emails we still have no logbook. Then there's the £199 fee for breakdown, Guardex and check, just a con to extract another £199, vehicles poorly cleaned, my 12 year old could do better, no evidence of any Guardex and don't need a warranty as the vehicle is still covered by the manufacturer. We buy 150 vans a year and I've never received such slack, ill disciplined, service, we had a few emails from a manager/director who used vocabulary of a surfing dude, laughable. Steer clear.

£15,000 van within 4 weeks less than 1000 miles needed full service knackered battery auto stop has never worked have refused to help out in any way , a rip off company and they knew the van was purchased for an animal rescue centre DISCUSTING SHOULDN'T BE ALLOWED TO TRADE

Liars & cheats, I bought a van off of these guys for my business in May, it was delivered during lockdown and I was told I only get one set of keys until I confirmed I was happy with the van. It is now 5 months on and I’ve been chasing them for the second key for months, I’ve been told it’s in the post, Covid delays and backlogs etc etc and finally sent me an email to say sorry we don’t have a second key tough luck basically. It’s a year old van which I paid over 18k for, they were quick to take the money but the after service has been so poor. Not returning calls or emails just hoping that I’ll go away. I still haven’t even received a v5 for the vehicle, service book owners manual etc. they are blaming Covid again but I recently bought another van from a dealer and received the logbook in 3 weeks! I would avoid these guys they are absolutely terrible to deal with. They give car/van dealers a bad name, think they can just lie to you and fob you off constantly until you get fed up. I’m not letting this one go I’m afraid, sort this mess out or I’ll be looking at court action

Bought a 1 year old van With 20k on the clock. I found overspray on the fuel cap when filling diesel on route home. Turned out the van was previously damaged, fixed up and resprayed. To say I was fuming is an understatement. It was the principle. They never made that information available. I called and brought it back only to be met with an unsympathetic, dismissive, arrogant, condescending tone when put through to Darren. Never again. Edit - you didn’t find a solution or offer any support when I brought it back. Your attitude only changed when I went public. Darren told me if it’s not mechanical then there’s nothing that can be done. I wanted the van changed for another of the same year and I was smirked at. As for the quality of the repair - CHEAP! Orange peel along the back rail and overspray on the fuel cap. I could do a better job myself with an aerosol from halfords. “All our vans are hand picked” yeah - from the salvage yard I think. You should be embarrassed.

Visited Vanwise Group in HARLOW today to buy a new Transit van and part ex an immaculate 2014 ford connect that I bought from them 3 years ago and had only done a total of 25500 miles. While I was there I saw a Qashqai that my wife liked and depending on the price they were offering on our vehicle , we were looking to buy 2 new vehicles for cash which would have totalled about £26000 plus the dreaded vat on the new van. The vehicle we looked at was not in great condition and would not start, either, the whole experience just seemed like it was too much trouble for them. When we went back into the showroom, the person who was to put a value on our van came out and asked how much we were looking for, we said £7000 knowing we paid over £11000 inc vat only 3 years ago, we had already checked on their own website for the price and the value showed as £5750, he said I can only offer you £4000, When we questioned him about the value given on their site he made some excuse about the market and when we advised him that WEBUYANYCAR.com are offering £6895, he said well you should snatch their hand off...... All I can say to you Van wise is it's your loss, we did snatch their hand off and got £6600 from them and sadly you lost a customer who had been using you even back when you was in Chigwell but will not bother again and even worse you lost 2 new sales.........
