Bought a Grossland X which we had managed to order prior to lockdown being lifted, We were seen just after lockdown finished and were driving away with our chosen vehicle a week later. Excellent service provided by Tom Gemmell.

Was taken to the Clacton branch by the RAC after a breakdown, was told by the rac it was water ingress in the fuse box no other problems were found on the rac diagnostic, on arrival at the branch was immediately told Vauxhall’s would need to carry out a diagnostic themselves at a cost of £90 even after the rac guy told them he had already carried one out, received a phone call two days later and told it needed a new fuse box at a cost of over £800 pounds, refused to pay and got my own mechanic to look at it turned out to be a starter relay and 10 minutes labour total £30, would not recommend this lot to anyone total scammers but I’m sure they will come up with some excuse but I can prove everything

Within today problems (COVID-19) speaking on myself you made me feel exceptionally welcome and safe, they gave me a cup of coffee while I waited. As for the norm of Underwood’s, safety, quality, cost and delivery are all 5*, could have done better by offering a sandwich Sam, Thanks for your time.

Glynn at Underwoods Vauxhall in Clacton was very helpful and gave great advice.
Trying to decide between Fiesta and Corsa led us to meeting Glyn Lashmar. What a salesman, we only went to look. Glyn was down to earth, we felt very comfortable with him. No pressure to buy just to try. He explained everything in good detail. Today we collected our nearly new Corsa, and again he went through everything in the car. Very helpful, friendly and funny too. Would recommend Underwoods Vauxhall Clacton to anyone thinking about getting a new/secondhand car. Thank you Glyn.

In life we buy many things but when it comes to buying a car it is something special. So for me buying a car at Underwoods Vauxhall in Clacton was also an experience meeting Tom the salesman made me feel at ease and talked me through everything I need to know about the Mazda 3,he also helped me to understand the car tax,the mot,and the warranty. I was please to meet this young man I felt that he was not just a good salesman but he looked after me. AS SOON AS WE WALKED IN THE SHOW ROOM WE WAS GREETED BY GLYN AT UNDERWOODS VAUXHALL WHO WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL GREAT SENCE OF HUMOUR AND WENT OVER OUR NEEDS IN GREAT DETAIL , HE KEPT US UP TO DATE WITH THE START TO FINISH PROCESS , ABSOLUTELY 100 PERCENT GREAT SALSMAN , COULD DO WITH SOME NICE PICTURES UP IN HIS OFFICE THOUGH.
