I chose to revisit Newcastle Honda to purchase a replacement vehicle - I was so impressed the first time I purchased a car that I didn't even visit any other showrooms. My new vehicle is the same model a Jazz which this is now my third. The model just gets better on each upgrade. The staff are all so helpfull and friendly and eager to go out of their way to help. I chose a service plan last time and will do the same for this vehicle. The sales staff are really excellent and explain any options or extras but never push them on to you. The service team also are a credit to the dealership with reminders by text email or phone calls to book your service, they greet you by name which immediately makes you feel that little bit more special. All in all this is the best dealership I have had dealings with from 45 years of driving. Thank you Vertu Honda Newcastle

I collected my Honda Hrv Sport today from Vertu Newcastle everyone was so nice they couldn't do enough for me first class service the salesman John Walker was absolutely brilliant he went above and beyond to help and make sure everything was just right with everything I've had a few car from Vertu Newcastle and would recommend to anyone amazing service top marks thank you all so much.

Had yellow warning light for battery. Car under 4 years old and 16k miles. Honda UK asked me to get a quote for the repair. On the phone Vertu Honda (Newcastle) quoted £114 for this and I would have to book in the and leave the car with them - they are miles from the centre! When I asked for this in writing via email but they phoned – none attributable reply me thinks! EVENTUALLY they said I if the fault had just been the battery I would NOT have been charged but I was NOT told this. Who would pay £114 just to check if you had a faulty battery and spend a day finding out!! I took car to local garage and paid £77 for a new battery with 5year guarantee - this turned out to be the fault. Vertu - Low on customer service, high (premium) on price. Oh they charge £123 for the battery.
I bought a new Honda Civic with 100 miles on the clock from Vertu Honda in Newcastle. When it rained the rear lights filled up with condensation. I asked for this to be rectified. Vertu said no. The told me that all new Civics did that. Not satisfied I asked them to take the car back. They would do this but only if I lost £2000 in the transaction, the car having covered just another 100 miles. Eventually they said they would change the rear lights, but told me it was pointless as they would do exactly the same. I now have a new car that looks like an old one. So my advice would be to never buy a new Civic unless you want it to look like an old car, and don't buy anything at all from Vertu.
I bought a Ford from Vertu Motors a few months ago now. The car was in perfect condition and very clean. The staff at the dealership were also helpful. I've not had any issues so I would recommend!

Very helpful dealer at Vertu Newcastle, they answered all my questions so I knew exactly what was happening. The Nissan I bought did have issues but they sorted them all out for me straight away so cant complain. I recommend!

Vertu Newcastle were pretty good for us! The car was clean but did have issues, however after a bit of dispute they did get the problems fixed. As a whole I think it was good value though.

I bought a Mazda from Vertu Honda in January. The dealers were friendly and helpful but didn't know an awful lot about the car, there was also a delay on getting mats for the car. It runs well and was reasonably priced so I would recommend Vertu Newcastle.
