Bought a VW Polo at 100% list price - but believed I was paying a premium for peace of mind. Everything that was promised when I paid deposit - valet, repairs to seat belt and boot divider, stamping service book after service - were not done. We got home with the car and VFM Auto Sales offered to pick the car up next week to fix repairs. I will update you on how this goes. Anyway wanted to go out for a spin later with my son whose first car this is - the car battery is flat , the doors will not open and alarm keeps waking the neighbour up - I will report this and let you know . I am terribly disappointed with my buy and I can imagine how intelligent my son thinks I have been! Totally dissatisfied. And I am not right now trusting anything I am told by the garage. Needed a small automatic car and found just what I wanted at VFM. Even though I'm in Suffolk, it was worth the trip to Kent to get the car I wanted. I've just gone back to VFM Auto Sales. Bought the daughter a runaround, got a decent price (including , whisper it quietly, a small reduction for no part-exchange!!) and am happy enough with the deal....as is my daughter. Nice people to deal with. I'd go back !
