Brilliant customer service provided, VFU Cars looked after me well, very very helpful. I bought a Ford Fiesta and its a lovely little car, I'm so pleased with it its great to drive. I will definitely look at VFU again when I'm ready for something new.

I really couldn't fault VFU Cars at all - I purchased a BMW 320D a few weeks ago and when purchasing the lads were absolutely spot on, so helpful and friendly, it was really nice to feel relaxed yet excited when buying a car, and not anxious. The whole process was really smooth, no issues or hiccups at all. I'm using the car daily and its a lovely motor, really enjoying it. I will defo use VFU Cars again in the future, and I've already recommend to friends!

I honestly felt like royalty when I bought my car from VFU Cars, from the very first contact the whole team were helpful and informative. The did everything they could for me, and more. I dealt mainly with Ben who went out of his way to catering and accommodate for me more than once, he really couldn't do enough to help me out. Ben was so friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable, there was no hard-selling, pressure or breathing down my neck. I'm over the moon with the Ford Focus I bought, really impressed with the customer service and I will 100% use again in the future.

I went to VFU Cars after finding and buying a Vauxhall Astra online. I dealt with Ben who was extremely helpful, polite and professional. The sale process was quick and easy, really straight forward. I had an issue a few days after buying with the heated seats, I contacted Ben and he was so professional and polite about the issue. VFU Cars fixed the issue quickly, with no questions asked at all. I can't fault the customer service at all, they have been perfect through-out! The car is amazing, I love it - very pleased. Thanks Ben and VFU 👍

Don’t get why there are so many negative reviews on here but excellent reviews else where? I personally had a fantastic experience with VFU cars... very friendly/personal service, no pressure sales, was encouraged to test drive the car and left to check the car with out distraction. The car was as described and everything they agreed to do was carried out. Couldn’t recomend enough.

Do not under any circumstances buy a vehicle from this dealership. paid 6000 for a caddy and had a coolant leak just 4 weeks after. gave them 3 chances to fix it which they could not as the problem kept re occuring. only had the van 2 months now they are unwilling to give me my money back even though it is well within my rights. not worth the stress and hassle as they will now most likely be taken to court. avoid like the plague.

Hi jack hope your still enjoying the van. Sorry for the trouble caused when the head gasket went 4 weeks after purchase. We repaired your van no questions asked in quick succession and provided you a replacement vehicle whilst the repair was on going. Around a week or two after receiving your van back you called suggesting the coolant level was dropping, we recovered the van that very same night at no cost to you and stayed open late in order to fix it, we found the cause to be a split coolant pipe which we replaced for new... problem solved. As explained at the time we would never intentionally sell anyone a car/van with a known fault and you must admit we did everything a decent used car dealer should do to make a bad situation as less of a inconvenience for you as possible. Im not sure what more we could have done to avoid you leaving us 1 star review and inform others to avoid us like the plague but we’re open to suggestions? Thanks for your business and hope to see you again
