I have always driven a Mini, I was due an upgrade as my Mini One was 20 years old, she would have kept going for plenty more time but an upgrade was due. I was looking at a Mini Countryman, a little higher, more practical etc. I had found 1 at a Mini dealership I went to see it and stood for over half an hour and nobody approached me or spoke to me, I walked away without a single word exchanged. The search continued and I found a Mini Countryman with VFU Cars, I spoke to the lads who fix up my cars and they knew the dealership and highly recommended, it filled me with confidence that somebody local could vouch for them. I went to see the Countryman with VFU and as soon as I sat it in, I knew it wasn't right, I didnt like it. I did however, like the Mini Cooper that was there, the chaps let me have a sit in it and a little drive and I was sold. It was beautiful. It was, and is, the perfect car for me. There's a few functions and buttons I'm still toying with and getting used to but I'm overjoyed with it! Ive done a couple long distance trips to see my Grandson and the car has been nothing but perfect! What a fabulous dealership, everything was spectacular, very helpful and no pressure from them. I usually use mainstream Ford dealerships to buy vehicles so when I found a Ford Focus at VFU Cars that ticked all the boxes and was a fraction of the price we had seen at main dealer... I was a little apprehensive but ready to take the risk of buying from a independent dealership. For a second hand dealerships these guys are very very good. The service levels are up to scratch and every single member of staff was welcoming, smiley and very friendly - with a professional approach. I will 100% return to VFU and its unlikely I will pay main dealer prices ever again.... The car.... absolutely over the moon with it, its a great drive and very comfortable. Its done a few fair long distance trips and handled it well, cracking motor. Overall, I'm extremely happy and pleased with both the vehicle and how the whole transaction was conducted by the dealership.

I have bought plenty of cars in my time, and I've seen car salesmen from every angle. I can hands down say this is the best dealership I've ever dealt with, they are honest, reliable and very very upfront. Everything is clear when purchasing and nothing is hidden, the cars are exactly as described and the condition is phenomenal. That been said.... I had a minor issue with the car around a week after buying, I reported the problem to VFU and they went out of their way to resolve straight away. They handled it professionally and quickly and the problem was soon ironed out. The response from VFU from the very beginning has been excellent. The car is back with me now and running perfectly, its a joy to drive and I'm extremely pleased with it. If there is a time I upgrade or change my car again, this is the place Ill be back too. I bought a Ford Fiesta from VFU Cars and I absolutely love it, its running really smoothly, its lovely to drive, just brilliant. Its a massive upgrade from my old car so I'm so happy! They reserved the car for free for me to make a decision, they gave me time to decide and didnt rush me what so ever. Everybody was really helpful and friendly. When I went back to get the car is looked even better than the first time I saw it, it had been fully valeted inside and out and looked spotless. They had everything ready and waiting for me, it was really easy and quick. I will be back to VFU when I want to upgrade again next.
