I bought a car from here on 16th September. Whilst driving it home from the garage, it was making a noise, so I let them know that same day. I was told to take it to a local garage. The local garage told me it was a problem with the clutch, it should not be driven and needs to go back to the dealer. The dealership wanted me to pay for the delivery of my vehicle back to them... After some pursuasion, they reluctantly agreed to pay for the delivery. (at this point, I had already been without a car for 2 weeks). I asked for a hire car and they refused, despite me relying on this car to run my business. (I only asked for a hire car for 1 week, not the three weeks that I had been without a car) Fast forward to today 10th November, it has just arrived back. They completed the work, but I felt like a hidnrence to them at all times.

From to the 1st phone call to the final deal could not do enough for you on the ball no messing you about as for the car top quality so so happy with it's like new 100 per cent bang on Paul thanks again I'd highly recommend Vhub and sales team .... thanks again!

And Paul on sales went through all the paper work and made sure I was happy with everything before driving the Car away. Even though had laid for the Car he didn't rush me out the door to move onto his next sale. Still treated me as just as an important customer as they all did before I bought it. Car was cleaned and looked perfect on collection and even put me 1/4 tank of petrol in which was a class touch. Made the whole buying experience a pleasure from start to finish Will definitely use them again and highly recommend all the guys at V Hub for a great Car and quality Service. I bought a vw golf from this dealer on Tuesday and would like to say that they were extremely helpful and very honest, even going so far as to email me pictures of the tiny defects on the car so I didn't waste my time travelling if I wasn't happy. The buying of the car was painless( apart from the money lol) and Richard and his business partner were very friendly and massively helpful and enthusiastic about their cars. Would recommend to anyone
