Worse place to buy a car from broke down 4 times in 3 months and get nothing from the dealer ended up going through AA and still got nothing back.. had to sell the car due to no conference with the car anymore.. the owner/manager is very rude and very intimidating to my wife when dropping the car back for the 4th time without ringing to say it’s coming back just turning up without telling me.. wearing no mask and my wife is pregnant.. DO NOT BUY
Vicarage Car Care & Sales sold me a VW Crafter van, front shock absorbers gone on purchase, made them aware next day something not right, not a mechanic haven't a clue, they stretched it out, emails went to "spam", all the excuses, then all my doing, not covered in warranty as wear and tear? Not taking responsibility, charging me double to fix, but Vicarage Car Sales such a decent company they'll pay half, do the maths, £200 job we'll charge you £400 but as we care about our customers we'll pay half?

Vicarage Car Care & Sales is a great company for mot and service picks car up and drops off when finished to workplace. Reasonable prices great customer service would highly recommend.

Bought a car from Get Smart Carz Ltd with Momentum Warranty in August 2016, stamped by Vicarage Car Care, with a discrepancy of 635 miles on the day of sale. Car went back under Momentum Warranty as car supplied with major problems , came back with major problems. Was informed work was carried out by independent garages for Momentum Warranties and it was the fault of Vicarage Car Care and M.H. Tyres both of Peterborough. Independent Engineers Report carried out for the County Court deemed the car unroadworthy on the day of sale. One year on, August 2017 car still unroadworthy and has been SORNED. Be very careful here.

I purchased a Ford Titanium from here a few months back. The car is great. I have had no issues with it and when I received it, it was clean and in very good shape. I would happily recommend this dealership to anyone.
