I bought a Honda Civic from Vicarage Car Sales last year and i am very happy with the purchase and the service. The guy was helpful and allowed a test drive, was very fair on p/x and also took some discount off the Civic i wanted too. My car has been fine since day of purchase and im very happy to use this company again when my husbands car requires upgrading. 5 star++.
When I went to collect my car from Vicarage Car Sales, they just gave me the keys and sent me on my way... didn't bother to show me around the car or offer any help. The car was nice and clean and in good shape and was very reasonably priced but they have no customer service skills.

I received a great service overall and the dealer had strong knowledge about the vehicle to enable me to make an informed decision. The price was one of the cheapest I'd seen online and the car was better than expected. I would definitely recommend Vicarage Car Care and Sales and it is likely that I'll be coming back for when the MOT and or service is due.
I purchased a Mitsubishi Lancer from here back in July. The car was clean but its obviously been resprayed from being in a bit of a bump. There was an issue with the car but they fixed it there and then. I am happy with the car, it's very good value for money and would recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

I bought a Nissan from here a few months back. Then I went to collect the car they just handed the keys over, they bother to show me around it, when I went to fill it up it took ages for me to figure out how to open the fuel cap. The car was in relatively good condition but was not properly cleaned and had quite a strong dog smell. I would not recommend this dealership.

I guess there will always be customers like yourself who want the earth for nothing, first of all we reduced the price of the vehicle, we also carried out the extra work you requested, we talked you through the vehicle when you came to view/test drive it, and we couldnt just hand you the keys without going through all the necessary paperwork/payment etc as this is a standard procedure.. we hope you managed to figure out how to open the fuel cap...
Bought a Golf from here a couple of moths ago! Good car for the money! Happy with it had no problems! I just wish the salesman was a bit more informative about some of the certain features... I got to the petrol station and couldn't find the petrol cap and It took me a few minutes to figure out how to open to boot. these are basic things that should be demonstrated. Despite that I would still recommend Vicarage because other than that the service was good.

Bought my 4x4 from this garage , very pleased with it - Good customer service - would recommend.
Bought my first car last month from Vicarage Car Care & Sales which was a Vauxhall Corsa, Very pleased with the customer service, no problems with the car as of yet. would recommend.
Paid £5550 for a car. Two weeks later engine went was told the warranty would cover it but the warranty would not cover it and I've had to pay for £2800 out of my own pocket from a car from this current garage just on the engine. Also had to replace driveshafts gearbox gearbox mount in total I've have spent £4600 no help no reply just let with a broken car be warned do not buy a car from vicarage car sales.
