In June they took my classic sportscar in very good running order to try and sell. No viewings. In July I collected the car back with a nasty noise. It is now confirmed that the engine needs serious work. At a very sound guess someone in the dealership has ragged the car up the road and not owned up. I was warned about their reputation and now I am paying the price. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THEM

NEVER BUY A CAR FROM VICTORIA GARAGE IN WHITCHURCH!!!! Cars are not as advertised, the staff are unhelpful, pushy and only interested in your money!! No after care!!! NOTHING!!!! ONCE AGAIN DO NOT BUY!!!! Keep your money and buy from a trusted dealer. How they are still going is amazing!!!

Bought a used bmw 1 series from Victoria garage had issues straight away with white dust being pumped out of the air con the owner of the garage was no help and the warranty sold did not cover the cost to fix of 1800 pounds. Car was sold with rubbish tyres and worn brakes which needed replacing there were scratches on the car which had been polished with fillers which did not appear until after washing the car and also a tear in the seat was cheaply repaired and the repair failed after a few weeks.
VIctoria Garage were good to deal with, everything was organised and quick, they gave me a 3 month warranty with the car and I've had no reason to go back to the dealership with the car so I can't ask for more than that.
