I bought my Citroen C1 from Victoria Motor Co in Bolton a few months ago and I have to say, as a first time buyer I was very nervous about buying the right car for me and not being 'ripped off' but this company were happy to help. I had a good service from start to finish. I love the car, it was a very good price and after my test drive I was sold. The car had a small leak in the roof which was quickly fixed on the warranty they provide and not only that they went out of their way to help a new driver who LOCKED THE KEYS IN THE CAR ! and had to break the window to drive home from work. They organised a new window for me, sorted the leak and it was all done and fixed within a day (with a valeted clean too!) LOVELY CARS, LOVELY PRICES and LOVELY PEOPLE, what more could you ask for.

Sold us a car with faulty brakes and multiple engine faults. Lied on the test drive, when we pointed out that the brakes didn't sound right. Told us they had been checked by a mechaic. Car only on the road for 2 days out of the month we had it. Broke down in the only 2 motorway journeys we did and had to be towed. Faults repaired at another garage who told us that the care was not safe and unroadworthy. Faulty brakes are a breach of the road traffic act. Agreed to refund for the car. Admitted when we returned the car that it had not been checked by a mechanic. Said he would refund costs and expenses if we put it in writing. Written twice now and had no refund. Now they are blackmailing a 22 year old into removing negative online reviews before they consider a refund. Blackmail is a criminal offence offence. Court action has been commenced. Reported to trading standards.
