We sent an enquiry via Car Guru on a Kia Sportage that we were interested in viewing. A salesman phoned us while we were just leaving a meeting. My husband asked him to hold on a moment while he said good bye to the people in our meeting, He seemed very taken aback by this. When we then asked the salesman to send us some more information via text or whatsapp, He said he doesnt do that and dont we have a pen and paper on us to take the details down. As we were walking and didnt have access to a pen, He then said if we are interested we must phone him back. You would think that for a sale, he would have been more willing. Needless to say with his attitude we have decided not to buy from them. (The 1 star review is based on the salesman and as I never got to see the car, cant attest to the rest of the stars, but have to give it some sort of rating to move on)
Bought a smart car from Victoria Motors in Melksham this week. Can't praise the staff enough. Friendly, helpful and nice people. Nothing was too much trouble, they bent over backwards to help in every way. They even delivered my car to my home as I was not confident of doing so. Would recommend the company to anyone and wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again. Great service, great staff. A big thank you. Rose

I purchased a Citroen Dispatch from Victoria Motors in Melksham in January this year and It's been great! It runs perfectly and I have had no problems with it. The dealers at Victoria Motors were very friendly and happy to help The Car was nice and clean when I collected it and I would definitely say its good value for money. I would happily recommend this dealership.

The 4+ year old car I bought had some possible issues identified at, and soon after purchase and Martin, the proprietor, agreed he would pay for any necessary repairs following subsequent investigation at my local garage (as I had travelled a long way top purcahse the car). Despite a hefty bill, he was good to his word and acted very honourably. I would therefore recommend Victoria Motors as a dealership you can trust.

Close friend bought a car from this outfit, 3 year old citroen ds3 and head gasket gone after only a year, 1k repair bill. Not happy!!

response to "spoole" it is amazing that the dealer did not have a crystal ball to foresee a head gasket failure 1 year down the line. have a word with yourself.
