I BOUGHT A CAR FROM VICTORIA PARK MOTORSJUST OVER 2 YEARS AGO. NO ISSUES WHATSOVER. AND RECENTLY BOUGHT ANOTHER GREAT CAR FROM THEM, FIRST CLASS SERVICE, VERY HELPFULL, AND NO SALES PRESSURE, WILL BE GOING BACK AGAIN FOR SURE, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

"Car engulfed in smoke after 4 months"

Bought a.Volvo in June, reported a fault within a week, reported the fault after 2 months, reported the fault after 4 months. Car engulfed in smoke due to the reported fault. Had car towed back to this garage. 2 months later with no contact, no car, no repair and legally entitled to a refund but £7500 out of pocket and no a peep out of the garage.

Bought a car that had passed it’s MOT ( by their garage the day before) March 2019. Car was letting in water, had water tank burnt out, head gasket gone. What an absolute disgrace. On closer inspection of my paperwork they had put my name as a trader (autos) after my name so had no comeback. Said I bought it as a dealer, I’m a single mum of 2 children. Car not fit for purpose, absolute cowboys. Buyer beware!

Was sold an absolute bag of spanners by Victoria Park Garage ,major problems after a couple of weeks ownership zero aftersales and does not honour warranty, had to cut my losses and get rid of car , dont be fooled by positive reviews on here, it's not hard for a garage to post a positive review with proof of purchase themselves, look elsewhere for reviews, look elsewhere for a car or you will lose money and gain headaches......stereotypical dodgy car dealers

Bought a Mercedes from Victoria park garage ltd only for it to start having serious problems after a month of ownership, aftersales where non existing as they would not honour the warranty, had to cut my losses and get rid of the car , I wish I would of read reviews before giving these con-men my money

Has a car lined up to buy only to be told he had sold it on me within hours very untrust worthy don’t believe a word of it just couldn’t be bothered very rude and manipulative trying to get deposit that’s what it was. All about Glad I never bought of you would hate to see your after sales blessing in disguise
