After being promised a great deal on a new car I ordered one as a replacement for my old one. 2 days before collection after waiting 6 months for the car the dealer rang me to say they Now wouldn’t offer me the same second hand value for my car as it’s 6 months older and has more mileage on it. They told me it would cost more than £140 more than what I was originally quoted. So I cancelled the new car. They are now not paying my deposit back of over 10k. Avoid this garage like the plague

They shouldn't sell cars they can't maintain. They never respond back to you. I've called 5 times and been promised a call back 5 without getting one.
Not the best service. After waiting a year for me new car, I not only chased for weeks over a small detail of black badges. Not only did rhey expect we wait 6 weeks to have them fit, after chasing 3 weeks for the badges, they didn't even post them as agreed. I've had to go to another dealer to get it sorted!
This Company are not fit to carry the Audi Name, an absolute disgrace. The Salesman is very wide and not to be trusted. He came out with statements like "let me just go and touch the car", utter dross. The paperwork was produced with my name incorrect TWICE and also with incorrect figures TWICE. They never call back when they say they will, wholly unreliable. I have now had the car for just over a week and an inspection notice is showing on the dash, they have even sent me a text about getting a service with them, absolute joke. Avoid this Company at all costs, there are far better options around.
Hi, I’ve got an Audi A6 2015. I used it for business. I look after the car very well as my car is my workplace and my car brings me my income. I had a engine management light for the first time about a year and half ago. I called Audi, they checked the cart and I paid £1385. Super expensive! I couple of months later the engine management light came up again. I had a 2 year guarantee for the work that had been done but they figured out a way to charge me again. It was £400 this time. Also I’ve got a service plan with them. Which I pay monthly for. Last year on the 19th of February my car was at the garage for the service. I was driving the car the day after the service. I heard a sound and it came up on the dashboard that there wasn’t any oil in the car. I wasn’t happy with this terrible service. I lost money for the whole day as I had to return the car to the garage again. The manager at Cambridge Audi gave me £150 for the day as I couldn’t work that they and they refilled the oil in the car, I believe that if they had done the service properly that I wouldn’t have needed to go back again. On the 11th of December 2020,I had the engine management light come up o. The dashboard again. I spoke to the service department and I booked the car in for the 19th of December. They said that the work on the car would take 3-4 working days. But they kept my car for 20 days. I couldn’t work or make any money at all. I was without an income for 20 days. I picked up the car and the day after it came up on the dashboard that the coolant level in the car was empty. I return the car to the garage and the kept it for 2 more days. When they had the car for 20 days I did request for them to do the service as well. But it obviously hadn’t been done properly as the same like last year no oil on the car I was shocked and very angry about it. The mechanic garage is horrible without experience. Keep away from there. They will rip you off. It’s a shocking place.
