I went to have a look at a Nissan Elgrand there was no pressure let me have a test drive and left me to look and answered any questions I had. I then put a deposit down and also had a couple of extras fitted 🙂 there was no problem at all I now have a car that is 18 years old and it’s looks brand new all staff were so helpful. Quick and efficient service

We were looking for a campervan so attended the show at Harrogate where we first saw vehicles from Vine Place. Paul was great, very knowledgeable and informative. A few weeks later whilst on a trip to Durham we went to visit Paul at Vine Place. He went through everything, showing us and letting us test drive the vehicles. He then carefully talked us through the options for the interior helping us choose the fittings and materials, we never felt pressured or coerced, and nothing was a problem. We ordered the campervan and had to pay a small deposit, with a further payment on commencement of the build. the final payment was made when we collected and were happy with the finished van. Paul said it would take seven to eight weeks, and it did. He kept us up to date with the progress via WhatsApp. We went up to Durham to collect the van, I believe there is a delivery option. We are absolutely delighted with our van, it’s exactly what we wanted and can’t wait for our first (small) trip. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Paul and the team at Vine Place

Toyota Alphard There's probably insufficient characters to write a proper review so I'll keep it brief. Only ever saw the Alphard by photos, but really liked the Style and features. Waited a long time for it but it was delivered 2nd April 24. Every question I had was positively answered the same day and I was updated of the vehicles progress through the various stages continuously. I have been so impressed by the team and particularly Dave who has guided me through the buying process and the preparation of the vehicle. Now I'm in possession I and totally satisfied with VINE PLACE and would recommend them to anyone considering a purchase.
