Paid a large deposit for a car (£1000).... but after driving a 40 mile round trip I discovered that they had still sold the car to someone else. They apologised but made no effort to compensate me for the trouble. they also took 5 days to return my money. I would stay clear clear of them......

Please do yourself a favour and buy a BMW from anywhere but these people. I guarantee you would regret it. The Sales team tell some really psychopathic lies, and play very childish games!!

Made an enquiry about a 3 series and the sales rep was very arrogant… needless to say i think ill look to another brand.

With regards to the vehicle remap, The BMW software runs reporting once plugged in and is designed to pick up any modification to any of its standard running software. If there has been any kind of tuning manipulation, then this is flagged immediately. When we plugged your vehicle into the software, there was no record of the vehicle having had any modifications which therefore indicated no potential risk to us of any aftermarket software being wiped. We also have no written record of being advised this from yourself. Because of the points above, we are at this stage unable to approach BMW for reimbursement. I gave them an invoice where shows the remap was done and they still deny.

Purchased the car from a distance away. Bhavan provided me with all the information I requested and dealt with the transaction in a courteous and professional manner. Car was delivered as promised.

Really disappointed with my first encounter with Vines BMW. Phoned for advice with a fault on my 5 year old X3 entertainment system - continually rebooting. They advised they were unaware of a systemic problem and to bring it in. I asked "how much and was advised £120 to take a look!! What if it was just a simple reset I asked ......then it will be £60 they answered. Booked car in - met with my handler who advised it was £120.....no record of any conversation on the paper work. I asked - have you seen this issue before to which she responded "oh yes" 9 times out of 10 it is a simple reboot. OK so how much for a simple reboot - £120 she said. How much if the unit is faulty I asked: £1000 for unit replacement was the answer with barely an upward glance. I questioned why, if it was a replacement I was having to pay for unreliable BMW engineering. Take that up with BMW she said......"I thought I was" I responded. I left the place feeling like I was something unpleasant stuck to the bottom of her shoe. Vines phoned later in the day saying it was a simple system update with latest software. Got billed £120!! Of course, it is not the money, I recognise time is money but the attitude was appalling. Lesson Learned - Do not go back to Vines and find another dealer
